During my initial visit to a Whataburger establishment, I noticed the logo's resemblance to the superhero moniker "Wonder Woman." Upon entering the restaurant, the service representative demonstrated commendable efficiency and courtesy in processing our order, resulting in a swift and seamless transaction.Following payment and seating, our food was promptly delivered to our table within approximately five minutes. This level of service is uncommon in fast food establishments within California, making it a noteworthy experience.The cleanliness and sanitation standards of the establishment were evident upon observation.Regarding the burger, while it was generally satisfactory, the meat was slightly dry. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was positive.In conclusion, I would consider returning to Whataburger in the future. This establishment meets the standards expected by a Californian consumer.

So pulled up through drive through at 8:30PM. Ordered 2 chicken fajitas. Was told in a rude manor that breakfast stopped at 11AM. So I asked chicken fajitas is a breakfast only item and he again answered rudely yes sir it is. Now maybe up north they may say chicken fajitas are a breakfast only item but here in Houston we eat fajitas all day and all night. I don't know what northern corporate idiot decided that fajitas was a breakfast only item but you need to get it together. So I went to Taco Cabana. Wasn't happy with that either.

Whataburger food is always good. The problem lies in that it takes too long and is rather pricey. Compared to other fast food places, they are far more expensive for similar items and take 2 or 3 times as long to get the food. I had time while waiting for a nearby appointment and decided to go to Whataburger for a change. If it was any other time I was going to get breakfast on the go, I would pass on Whataburger.

TLDR: dont order online or via the app, if there is a problem you will get the run around and zero accountability, disappointing.This is normally the better of the Whataburgers in the area, but it's beginning to slide.The employees don't seem to care when they get your order wrong.The final issue for me is when I waited 30 min at curbside and left before I got my food.Followed up at the restaurant and they told me to contact corporate for app orders.They don't care, corporate doesn't care, the people at the restaurant doesn't care, zero accountability when you order online or from the app.

Nothing but thievesI ordered an online order through the Whataburger app ordered gravy and biscuit breakfast plate extra gravy, two orange juices. I got four tacos I called the manager spoke with him. I was not angered I was not even being loud, but try to express why I was getting aggravated. Once he told me, my food was sitting in front of him and hour later but delivery person picked up the wrong. Well I am paying through Whataburger for you to deliver it for 699 and you’re not going to fix it to get delivered I have been calling corporate so far three times still no answer still no money back never got my food and the manager hung up on me as I was talking to him. Great job. I will Say it is only this Whataburger. I have eaten it other Whataburger and never had an issue. I have had deliveries from other Whataburger never had an issue every time I’ve been or had a delivery from here it is awful.

Went through drive through for a breakfast sandwich. Service was fast but the food was over-salted to the point of being inedible, and the bun tasted stale.

On order #974789 @ rest#1153. Me & another customer arrived @ the rest @ 10:53am & at first was refused breakfast because of our time of arrival. After conversation with the cashier then a employee Issac which was just returning from his break adv him he would personally make sure we were served our breakfast orders. I was very disappointed in the management not doing this. If it was not for Issaac, I would have stop coming to whataburger.

They had the two drive thru lines open, they even took my order from the 2nd one and when I get to where they come out and charge you, they never did. After a while, they yelled at me letting me know I had to get in the 1st line. Why don't the lyrics close the 2nd one if they don't want to use it??

Utter dog shit establishment. People there don't wanna be there. None of my burgers were what i asked for and i payed for extra add ons / double meat. If you don't wanna work then go somewhere else. Stop wasting peoples times and money. Again. Dog shit. Not to mention the 35 min wait. Ridiculous
