New owner, new name, so a few differences. Wings were bigger, breading a more noticeable, but still light and crispy, not heavy. No breading is an option, but I liked it. Will still be our go-to wing carry out, and I'll probably try the new breakfast tacos someday.

I never write reviews I just keep it moving after a not so good experience but Im sharing this one! This place use to be a quick go to for me but it’s declining! Not good at all! Money was definitely wasted! Dry and under seasoned! My order was supposed to be ready at 7:23 when I arrived didn’t get it until 20 minutes later. Half of the wings thrown away And not to mention the wings were already costly and I know that the price of everything has gone up! But to have ordered over 30 wings and cheese sticks and it came with no ranch or bleu cheese at all?! Seriously? ? New motto: Cool lesson learned don’t return!

There’s a worker by the name of Keshauna and god darnit she is literally the sweetest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was simply passing through the area and decided to try out wing station. And boy let me tell ya you’re doing right by allowing her to make wings because she herself has two big glorious wings on her back because good Lordy she is an angel herself. Don’t understand why these stoves are off at 8:22PM when the store closes at 9. I should be able to order food but I can’t. Tired of bad service from this place! Hire more people! Seems like it’s not even worth supporting this local business because Wingstop is cheaper anyways. What’s the point of having a place conveniently located in the neighborhood if the service is terrible?

I really like this place, they mostly get the order right. The wings are delicious, and the pricing is far. It’s nice having this available near the back of sienna too!

This use to be my favorite spot when it first opened and I know I was one of their favorite customers. The last few times I was there along with the jacked up prices, I had bad experiences and didn’t want to leave a bad review. I’m not sure if the ownership changed or they need to do better training. It’s been almost a year or at least and I decided to try them again and maybe they got it right. The picture speaks for itself. This the one thing I can’t do. Sorry but ya’ll really lost a good customer. I won’t ever be back.

They are never open during thr times written on thrur door. Its 7:55 on a Tuesday and it says they open from 3:30pm until 8:30. And the lights are off. This is the THIRD time. Also the vm doesn’t reflect their updated times.

I specifically asked for two flavors (Nashville hot and lemon pepper) but they only made lemon pepper wings. I also asked for 2 ranch dipping sauces and she only put one in. They weren’t even busy at the time either. This will be my first and last time ordering from Wing Station.

Husband and I are new to the area and looking for new places found this place. Tried to have twice and they were closed each time on random days and times. Finally caught them open online and placed an order for pickup. Walked in and absolutely no one was in there. 1st impression was the place was dirty and dingy mess everywhere. 10 minutes later an someone casually walked in from next door surprised to see me. I had to ask her if she worked there. Got my order and she stated they were out of a side I paid for so they replaced it with celery and carrots. (Without asking). Told her we didn't eat that and she said oh ok and just stood looking at me. Asked if she was going to give me something else or a refund she said she didn't know she had to ask and just stood there looking at me I'm like ok. 10 minutes later someone else walks in she explains he said they'll give me a refund on the back end. Needless to say it never happened. Never got a refund. The food was awful. It was reheated and cold. So awful service, awful food, dirty restaurant and not got my refund. Stay away from this place. Don't waste your money here.

I ordered lemon pepper bone in and garlic Parmesan boneless. Very flavorful. Enjoyed it hot. My food was ready exactly when I was told it was.

The wings at Wing Station are one of our favorite indulgences! My wife and I are very health conscious and usually prepare our own organic meals, so when we eat out, we are looking for a meal with flavor and techniques we can’t replicate. I love the rice flour breaded, dry rub wings… insanely mouthwatering! The Cowboy Rub and Lemon Pepper are our favorite flavors to get. Next level taste compared to the other wing places in Sienna, and the “Big Chains” do not come close. We cannot recommend Wing Station highly enough!!! Don't be afraid to try based on previous reviews. I was hesitant but pleasantly surprised. Everything was good and well sauced. Chicken was an average size (not too small). I ordered online and it was ready a little early and hot when I got it home. I ordered a few a la carte wings so I could try multiple flavors. Honey BBQ, Medium and Teriyaki wet wings. The lemon pepper, j*** and plain dry rubs. They were all good. I personally didn't care for the taste of the teriyaki but it was cooked well. The plain was just ok; cooked well, but slightly lacking in flavor. My guess is it's the same wings fried plain before the sauce/seasoning is added and therefore light on flavor so it doesn't compete with the next layer. It's NOT flavorless, but very lightly salted which is probably a good thing. The next test will be consistency, so I'll have to see what happens the next time. But definitely willing to order again. 4 stars because I consider 5 stars the best I've had, but compared to local options it's a 5 star.

The food here is pretty decent. The wings are nice and crispy and the fries are solid. The wing flavors, however, are hit or miss. Some taste really flavorful and others are mouth-drying. I do wish this place diversified their menu because they have limited options, just really wings and fries. The cheesecake dippers were not good. Overall, pretty decent
