Yesterday I called the store and spoke to Maria at this location. We did a delivery through their app and I ordered one 6 pc wings and one 10 pc and 3 pc chicken tender and they delivered two 6 pc wings instead. I called to let them know and Maria told me I had to bring the 6 pc back to the store and get a 10 pc. I made her aware my kids were already eating it before I realized they were only given a 6 pc and not a 10 pc. she still demanded the 6 pc back for the 10 pc. Ma’am if I really wanted to lie couldn’t I have taken 4 wings out of the 10 pc box you thought I had and brought 6 pcs of wings pretending I never got a 10 pc if I really wanted an extra 10 pc? What difference would it had made if I brought the 6 pc pack or not you would’ve thrown it away and remade me a fresh box regardless. Like why would I lie about not getting 4 pcs of wings that I paid for and why would I bring the box back when I didn’t even want to drive to the store in the first place and yall got my order wrong. So now yall have my money and I’m still missing 4 pcs of chicken wings ?. Great customer service Maria

Now listen!!! Wing stop can be a hit and miss with their customer service and food. It’s not just this location either. The young people that work there not all. Some of them are not work savvy. Playing loud music, going in and out the restaurant and taking orders. They are not attentive to the customers. I barely hear welcome to wing stop any more. In my opinion it’s best to take out. To make sure your food is correct. Will I continue to eat there? yep from time to time. It’s chicken wings. And they have good chicken sandwiches for sure. If they add more sauce on the wings like they do their sandwich then they will be on to something. Just do your job with integrity and truth.

My husband and I placed an online order for 2 ten piece combos. The food was not fresh, the chicken was hard and when I called for a manager the young lady was rude. She said I had to bring my food back to the store for a refund. I remember when the Missouri City location was built. Custom Service and quality of food especially freshness is so important for anyone’s health. I will NEVER return. Clearly this is old so to tell me to bring it back insulted my intellect while demonstrating you don’t value my business. I started going to Wingstop over 20 years ago on the Southwest side of town off kirkwood so I know Wingstop and will drive to Highway 6 or wilcrest locations that maintain freshnessParking: Limited

This location is terrible. I came to pick up my food, there was no line, no one else in the waiting area.There was one person tending to the cash register and she was on her own personal iPhone talking to whoever. She did not greet me or even acknowledge me.I waited for a few mins standing at the pick up area until I finally moved and stood directly in front of her and asked if I could get my mobile order.She said one moment and then hung up her call on her iPhone. She then picked up the store phone and told whoever that their food would be ready in another 10 minutes.So this whole time, someone has been waiting on hold, while she’s on her personal phone for at least 5 minutes.Customer service is terrible, food accuracy and timeliness is an issue at this location.Hire employees who actually need a job, these people clearly don’t. Find another job that either pays you more or that you’re passionate about. Common customer service etiquette doesn’t suit you. Lots of jobs are hiring other than Wingstop.
