Manager “Crystal” was so rude. They forgot to tell me that Ranch wasn’t included in the 20piece….$35.00 later and Living 15miles away my daughter was more than disappointed so we drove all the way back and $5.00 more for ranch and the manager tells me ….”I have other customers!”I can’t stand disrespectful children in customer service roles! I certainly hope this message gets to the owners! Complete trash

I ordered delivery while I was dog sitting. Unfortunately, my order was old... shoe leather chewing old. Crazy thing was I was .15 miles away.I called, and the night supervisor asked if I wanted to come the next day to get my meal made right. So I went expecting the 5 out of 10 wings to be replaced. They replaced my entire meal.Rewind 15 years. I had an order messed up at the Wing Stop on Kirkwood just north of Westhiemer. The store manager refused to make my order correct, even though I returned with the order. It was the last time I ate Wing Stop until I took a chance with this location, even though I was reluctant to do so. So imagine what was going through my mind when my order was like shoe leather. Yeah, that part.Now, I can't past up another location without thinking about this great location. 15 years of not eating at Wing Stop because one manager was concerned about his food cost instead of making right a wrong. WING STOP, GUESS WHOSE BACK?

The guy cashier is not at all friendly. I’ve came in there on multiple occasions and I’ve never had a good experience with him. I’ve seen that it’s not just me he’s been very unwelcoming and over passive aggressive honestly borderline aggressive with all guest that come in the establishment it seems. He don’t hand you your food nor place it down he’ll literally just drop it right infront of you. And always has an attitude with all guest. Honestly wouldn’t recommend coming here

I never give bad reviews, but I am a VERY unhappy customer to say the least. If I could give them a ZERO for customer service I would! I am furious and greatly disappointed in this location.The driver delivered to the wrong house and sent a picture. I immediately texted this is the wrong house with no reply. When I called the driver, she did not speak English. When I called the store they said my only option was to reorder and repay, then they would send it to accounting to see about a refund in 3-5 business days and there was nothing else they could do. Of course there is not a manager and this has NEVER happened before.This location needs to take some tips from other locations and take care of the ones who keep them open….their customers

I entered this place last week, and l smelled something dead. The floors are dirty, and this place is NOT clean. The health department should investigate this location. When you eat here, you are risking your health. AVOID THIS PLACE THEY ARE NASTY AS HELL. Turn around and don't buy sickness. Free advice.
