Absolutely wonderful to have a nutrition shop in town!! The owner is so loving and cares about everyone that walks through her door!!! The shakes are delicious and the teas are fantastic!!! Do yourself a favor and go give them a try!!

The service is impecable!!! Always friendly and positive. Meal replacement shakes are soooo delicious, hard to believe how healthy they are. 24g of protein.
