I have been wanting to try this place for a long time now. I finally stopped by, and Faith was so sweet. I asked her what was the best thing, and she was able to tell me about each different type of shake. I was so undecided about what I wanted, so I asked her what she would recommend. She recommended the Pineapple Surf. I went for it and oh my the BEST smoothie I have ever had. I can not wait to come back and try something else out. Thank you Faith for making my Easter day wonderful and tasty.

The two young girls working here today seemed unknowledgeable of the smoothies and I think I could measure the pace at which they were working with a sun dial. I witnessed them talk bad about another customer after they left. This location appears to need stronger management

Zero customer service from the blond girl working right now 7:50pm. I go to the counter to place my order and right away no acknowledgement and continues her very important conversation with her friend that went to visit her. Finally I’m able to squeeze my order in and just like that tells me the card machine will ask me some questions. No receipt offered or else I’d be doing my survey there/points. Ok Fine I tell her “Thank you” and go to the pickup station once my smoothie is ready. Smoothie was handed to me and again I say “thank you” - ignored. Just a simple acknowledgment would be nice like a “welcome in” “how can I help you” “you’re welcome” or even a freaking smile to feel welcomed to your business.
