They are to busy talking to each other about school etc. Do you job for the past 2 years something is missing I am tired you either get it together or loose a customer. We been 2 days in a row both times had to drive back because they missed something. I know they get paid so get it together.

This is one of the friendliest places near Lake Conroe. The food is always great, just as the people there. They care about customer service because they come around asking if you need anything often. The dining area is always clean and has someone constantly cleaning. I highly recommend it!Kid-friendliness: My grandchildren love this place. They are a big fan of the nuggets and the sauces. The playground is nice too.

I have a lot of grace with fast food employees, I really do, but this location is just absolutely awful. Inaccurate orders EVERY STINKIN TIME! And don’t get me started on my awful experience with the managers Nadine and Tom. Short of “My Pleasure” they fail to resolve any type of issue, and allow their staff to begin closing 30 minute prior to actual close hour. They are also very stingy with the sauces. Chick Fil A Corporate needs to step in and get involved with this location. A total disappointment to say the least.

This is BY FAR the absolute worst chick fil a I have ever been to! Real talk! Their system for running the drive thru is so inefficient and they have little regard for customers time. I keep visiting this location again just to see if maybe it was that one time or the two times or the three times or the five times or the six times but now that I’ve had a seventh experience with how terrible this location is I will never be going back. I will literally travel 20 minutes out of the way to not have to deal with this location. And it’s not exactly the employees that are to blame. It’s management. They need to figure out a better system and they need to train people so they aren’t taking 20 minutes to take each order. Doesn’t help. I hope someone uses this feedback because improvement is very much needed
