I really did enjoy the skinny taco. The food portions are a good size for the money. They use organic coconut oil or extra-virgin olive oil, which are the two best sources for oils to cook with. Their food is more wholesome and natural.

The owner is very kind and personable. He was happy to provide a little taste test for our picky eaters. The tacos were delicious and packed with meat. We were given 4 corn tortillas and so much meat that we were able to create 4 tacos. It fed 2 adults and 1 child. The tacos were well worth the money. We would be very happy to eat here again.

Such a blessing, this place is so welcoming and friendly. They make sure you're completely happy with your food and that you're served right. Perfect place for a nice stop. And the name is SO misleading! These are some big tacos! Absolutely worth it. We will definitely be coming back.

This place is AMAZING!!! The food is so delicious. We had veggie tacos, queso, salsa, and fresh chips. The staff is super friendly. Even the cook came out to see how everything was. This place is a must stop! Look for the tacos sign and pull in. It’s right on the highway.

Everything ordered was great! Their tacos are very tasty and a unique spin on their authentic Mexican counterparts. I sampled all of the tacos and surprisingly the chicken was the best. Beware that the tacos are huge. Start with just two. Their house made chips and guacamole were on point.

We celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary at Skinny Taco! Our most favorite taco place in Colorado. The owners are awesome and the food is incredible. Everything is made fresh. Worth the short drive up or down the pass. Just one bite and your hooked!

We had the Carnitas and limited time smoked brisket tacos...the roasted corn and jalapeños topping they give a little ramekin of should be a full on side! All they do is tacos and chips, salsa, and cheese dip and they do the tacos exceptionally well! The people there were welcoming and we felt appreciated. *use GPS as it is just off the side of 24 and could be missed*
