the worker was rude, but that is understandable. The fact that sour milk was used to make my ice cream is not. If I am sick in the morning, expect a bag of feces to come through your window.

We are vegan so we ordered loaded tater tots with no beef they got our order wrong so we called them and then they started being mean to us saying that well top bad we won't replace your order we ended up throwing away the

Waited for almost an hour for two drinks that we ordered on the app, regular drinks no add ins or special requests, and watched people pull up order food and get it before we did. Pressed the button and they said they would be right out after 45 minutes they didn’t. took me standing there and them asking again what my order was before we got it and it wasn’t even super busy or happy hour

*Attention* very slow I pushed the button and waited 15 minutes for service that never came and it was not busy they must be short staffed.Came back on a different day and got my order taken after waiting 17 minutes on a non busy day again for Sonic, when I had more time. Food was cold when I got it and thrown together poorly. I do not recommend eating here and it needs to undergo a major over haul from management and employees. Definitely lacked professionalism and the title to be classified as a fast food chain.

I ordered a large order of onion rings and this what they gave me. The service was very slow she had hard time understanding what I wanted.

I don't believe I have ever had an order come out correct. It takes forever to get your food and it's literally never right. They are even great at messing up a drink order. Save yourself the time and money and go to allsups or Macdonalds down the road.
Placed an "Order Ahead"....they neglected to place two items in to my order. Had to go back and then they brought me fries instead of Tots. I went into the store to ask the. To correct the mistake and the person cooking wanted to argue about what was clearly printed on my receipt. In the end the tots were like warm. Poor experience and I can not see myself recommending this particular store.

Took a small eternity for my order to be taken. I was in reverse pulling away to head for the Golden Arches when finally a voice came out of the sign. But they couldn't hear me so I had to SHOUT! On top of my disappointment, I ordered 2 corndogs, paid for said corndogs, when I opened the sack upon arrival at home, nary a corndogs in sight. Too far away to go back and complain in person.
