Made an online order! I chose to pick up at the drive through and as we got close, the shop was VERY popular and busy, got down and entered the shop rather than at the drive through hence the line didn’t move for a solid 10+ minutes. Ratings only based on this takeout/online order and the fact that they didn’t have butter pecan ?. I have had nothing but good experiences here. I've ordered nearly 10 dozen donuts for schools on multiple occasions, and they have been amazing getting them ready as soon as they open. The staff here has always been very nice and helpful. It is always clean and stocked when I go in. I really love Dunkin! I highly recommend Dunkin Donuts as well as this location.Parking: Never had an issue finding a spot.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Ok. I’m trying my best to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I’ve been trying to give them second chances. Weekly, I come here for coffee and some sort of sandwich. Maybe my expectations are high because in Chicago, the Dunkin is extremely efficient. But let me tell you, I’m writing this review as I sit in the drive through lane.
