I have been to this location multiple times in the mornings and every time the staff is not personable. They never smile they are so monotone, not smiling and never say thank u. Not sure if they are always sleepy or just not happy working there. Please hire people with personality. As are as the bagels go.....they were flat. Not big and fluffy like they used to be. The cheese is gross.

I apologize, but this location was the absolutely worst excuse for bagels I ever saw outside of a grocery store. This is supposed to be a business that knows their bagels. They are the smallest I have ever seen while at the same time having the largest holes in the center I have everr seen. There's almost no "bagel" there. There is barely any seasoning on the Everything bagel. It's essentially a plain bagel with the slightest of seasonings. It's clear that cost cutting has gone too far at this bagel shop. They should send somebody up to Benny's Bagels in McKinney so they can see how it's done. It was so bad it feels like I was ripped off.

Unfriendly customer service even from the owner or franchiser..the way my bagel looked was actually very unappetizing , you can tell they don’t care about customers.. first and last time eating there.

Went in 30 mins before close and the register was closed down and was only accepting cash I feel like that is very unprofessional to close down early and have no postings it wasn't like the machines where down and broken it was the fact that he wanted to get out of doing work horrible
Only ever got the blueberry bagel with original spread toasted.It was the BEST bagel everytime.Definitely Recommend!!!

The past 4 times I’ve gone here, I ask for my bagel toasted. They never toast it. I don’t know if the toaster is broken or what the issue is, but I feel like they would let me know if that was the case.
