Their beef burgers have no taste and are a bit overpriced for the size.

Yummy place to get burgers and shakes with minimal wait. This is one of our favorite places to go as a family, everyone is happy.

Ordered crispy bacon, got almost raw two small strips of bacon. I asked them for crispy bacon and all they did was put in microwave and still came back mostly raw, didn't eat it. Burger was small and not very good looking. We also had 6 adults and we got our food 2 at a time about 7 minutes apart so by the time the last of our food arrives the first 2 orders were cold. Would not go back.

The food is really great, but we have ordered several times now and each time we are missing over half the order. Fries, drinks and sometimes even burgers are missing. I would love to give them more stars, but they never even try to correct the mistakes or do a check before the food goes out. We will order again in a month or so and hopefully they will have a new system in place to QC orders before they go out.

Out of 4 burgers ordered only 1 was right. Nothing tasted good. Our son ordered chili cheese tots and the “chili” didn’t have any meat it was just chili water.

This was my first time trying this place and I was very disappointed. I ordered a build your own double burger, and when I took a bite the bacon was full of sinew or tendon. I pulled that piece out and took another bite thinking it was just that piece but it was throughout the bacon in the burger which there was alot! (Between and on top of both patties in with the melted cheese) Totally ruined the burger for me. I would have to basically tear up the burger to take it all out. Looked in the reviews to see if anybody else had the same thing happen and there was another. I've attached a pic to show the pieces. Biting into the burger and getting tough stringy bacon is really an appetite killer.

Ordered the big easy and it didn’t come with the bacon like it stated. I asked for grilled onions, bbq sauce and there was none. The meat is not seasoned at all and has no taste. I asked for extra cheese but there was none.I have tried it multiple times under the new mgmt and it’s the same tasteless burger patties. The Cajun tots were cold and shake was okay. The hotdogs were good

Worse than fast food. I can't remember the last time I had a burger with sinewy, hard, unchewable stuff in it. The 80s maybe? Burger standards are so much better now.Upon inspecting the burger, I could actually see, and pull out, the large pieces of ... tendon? Sinew? Bone? So gross!!! I felt sick. The burger was tasteless. There was one piece of limp lettuce on it. The patties were uneven in thickness.Never again.

First time visit experience .Service was perfect compliments to Colin who was the cashier in the person who provided service, he was superb super polite the best part of our experience .The atmosphere was niceThe worst part of the experience was the food. I ordered a make my own burger with everything on it. When I received it it was too big pieces of bun with two small pieces of meat with melted cheese on it and hardly any of the ingredients that I ordered for example, I ordered lettuce and I got one tiny piece of lettuce on it. I ordered grilled onion and raw onion and there was hardly anything on it, I ordered tomatoes and there was no tomato on it.When I order a burger I expect the meat to be the same size as the bun not fit inside the bun without being able to see it .I also ordered chili cheese fries and unfortunately the chili just seemed like canned chili and poured on top of french fries with cheese melted. The taste was decent but it lacked a lot of flavor. Chili cheese fries should have diced up raw onion and other ingredients over the top of it.To the owner of wayback Burger, from one business owner to another, please review how your burgers are made. You should pretend you're a customer or have someone go in and order and experience this for yourself the disappointment of spending $10 on a burger and receiving something that doesn't even resemble a burger.I hope that you experience the food served and the price that is paid by a customer and understand experience.Colin was the best part of the experience, he deserves a raise and to be recognized

Very clean restaurant with friendly staff and comfortable seating. Very good burgers but just wish they would have been a little bigger.

I work right beside this restaurant, and our bathroom is out of order. So I walk over to Wayback, nobody is in there except a woman on the phone. As I’m walking to the restroom, she puts her hand up in my face and literally blocks me saying “For paying customers only”. Charging anyone to use a restroom is absolutely insane and a sad excuse for a business. Horrible way to treat people.

For a place that is under new management, I would have never guessed. The customer service reminds me of the old management. We showed up at 8:25 pm to order two hot dogs and one order of tater tots. It took 15 minutes for the staff to ring up our order. Then, it took 15 minutes for our food to come out. When the food came out at 8:58 pm, the worker had all the food bagged up and asked "Are you eating here?" When we replied yes, he stated that we could not eat in the restaurant because they were closing and asked us to leave. We were never told when we ordered that they don't allow eat-in dining after a specific time. It is very disappointing with the customer service. We were treated very rudely by the extremely young staff running the Murphy location. Although the food is good, I don't know if I will return after the treatment that we received.
