Jesse's had my jeep for six months going on seven months now. It's in total pieces he hasn't finished the work. and he wants me to pay him in full with a job not finished and then come get my jeep in the pieces that it's in. Now he's talking about locking it up behind his shop and holding it for ransom. I'm a disabled veteran and this Jeep is my daily driver.
