This is close to where I work so it’s really convenient for me to go get an unsweet tea really quick little did I know there was stuff all in the bottom I just called and asked if the manager was there. He was the one who answered the phone and said yes I’m the manager, but I’m not clocked in right now. What do you want? I’ve then proceeded to let him know that I got an unsweet tea and had stuff at the bottom of my cup. He asked me if it could be tea grains, and I told him no it’s definitely not, and all he said was, I’ll let the girls know to check the tea urns. That was the end of the conversation so at this point I will now be calling corporate office because this is unacceptable to find in your drink. I will also NEVER spend another dime at this establishment.

The service was very slow coming to the counter. But once the worker brought out the food that worker was nice and friendly. The tables and floors were clean. They never asked if we wanted anything in combos so that was confusing when getting the drinks, being the first time going. They didn't have two of the three soups that are offered daily. The sandwiches were delicious, minus the service they are way better than the deli up the street. The food was so fresh and hot. I definitely enjoyed the French dip sandwich I got a medium size which was definitely decent portion.

The manager is clearly tired of his job and does not care at all if you have paid $70 for an order that is completely wrong. Unfortunately, I have thrown away too much food/money. Won’t be going back.
