They don't want to serve you, they force you to use the self-service machines and they still blame you when they give you something you didn't want instead of helping

One of their managers thought I was trying to steal a .79 chzburger from them because I used the app and he literally didn't know how to use the code. Ever since that day they've given me my order wrong they give me 0 customer service and it's all because of something THEIR manager was too incompetent to do. This place is so close to me and I'd like to eat here when I need a quick bite but it seems like they're purposely giving me my order wrong to stop me from coming there. I am allergic to onions I made this clear to them and more often then not I find onions in my food. My throat will close and I won't be able to breathe if I eat them and they still put them on my food when they obviously have seen me here multiple times. They would rather kill me so I'd stop coming then apologize for their mistake in the first place.

On this occasion I arrived at a McDonald's that, as expected, had the scenery adapted to the place. That said and since we were next to the SPACE CENTER in Houston, as expected, we had a statue of an astronaut at the door.
