Just left without ordering. No one answers the drive through. All the employees were sitting in the dining area on their phones. Not working. How do you run a business this way? Where is a manager at? Worst Popeyes ever.

This is the worst excuse for a restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I have been to this location 3 times, and each time was a massive disappointment. The most recent was enough for me to leave a review.Got to the location. Door handle is G R E A S Y. I wipe my hand off slightly disgusted. Ordered a chicken sandwich. "wE dOnT hAve aNy cHickeN sAnDwIchEs". Asked for chicken tenders. "Spicy or regular?". Spicy. "wE dOnt hAvE aNy sPicy." Okay why offer it then. Regular it is. I then go to pay with a gift card, which is the only reason I am here in the first place. "We don't accept gift cards at this location". At this point, I left and came to write this review.Do not go here. Please take this advice. I will never go to this location again.

I work at Popeyes on Gulf Way in Port Arthur Texas, but even if I didn't work for Popeyes, I have always loved their food, but, I personally would love to see them bring back the Cajun Rice, and everything else, now, that's just my opinion!

On 01/11/2024 at approximately 4:30 went in to place an order, just to not be greeted at all. When this Popeyes first opened it was great service and food, it is now going downhill starting from the current manager falling on the staff that works in this environment. Will never go to this location again !Half of the staff had no gloves on, maybe short in supplies.Manager needs to work on building morale to possibly make this area great again.Parking: okay
Food was hot but I ordered the premium lemonade and they forgot to bring it to the car when my order came out. Told them about the come back with a lemonade I drive off down twin City drive pop rtu straw in it and Bam it's freaking minute maid lemonade. I got bamboozled. Now I'm going through the bag no plastic ware for my red beans and rice no dipping sauce my mistake I didn't ask for any, no honey for the biscuit even if they had any, and no napkins. Sooo incomplete. For 13.52 ord r of blackened tenders.
