I had my worst restaurant experience ever at this Subway. The staff kept me waiting at the drive-through window for 17 minutes during a time it was apparent that my daughter and I were the only customers. Through the window I could see a lot of movement from the four employees there but it was taking forever for anyone to start filling out our order. After I had paid and our sandwiches were finally given to us, I tapped on the window to let someone know that we needed two straws for our two drinks. One employee came to the window and angrily shouted “What!” to which I responded by telling him what I needed and also told him that he is not supposed to treat customers like that. He loudly told me that both straws were in the bag containing our order. After some digging, I only found one straw with our order but the guy had already slammed the window shut on me. I have bought sandwiches at this Subway for 29 years since moving to Nederland. I will never go to this place again.Kid-friendliness: How about senior citizen friendliness? The employee I described above yelled at me, and I will be age 65 soon.

Originally I had made a post because my Oder was messed up, but surprisingly I had gotten a call back from the manager about my order and she was so kind about it and COMPLETELY remade my order for me! I can see they are trying and working to make this locstion the best it can be ! I would 100% recommend coming in a trying it out with the new manager :)

We eat at Subway, twice a week, the restaurant is clean. The food is good,prices are reasonable. The bathrooms need to be cleaned. Other than that I have no complaints.

5/25/23. Where's the beef? Ordered turkey, pepper jack with spinach, purple onions, oil and vinegar. Only got ONE thin slice of the turkey with all the rest as ordered. Tasted good but I expected an adequate amount of meat. If I wanted a salad sandwich I would have ordered one. Staff was pleasant but seemed overwhelmed and it was busy. Would have given 4 stars if there was adequate meat. Make sure to check you order before you leave or you may get the veggie sandwich like me.
The boys on night shift on 5/23 really looked out for me when I was hungry even though I saw them cleaning. I really appreciate that.

My son and I went in to order to go tonight and the 3 workers were very polite, and meet all our customers needs and went beyond expectations! Thank you so much, the service really made my evening alot nicer!!!!
