The fact that I sat for 20 min and no one answered the drive thru window, then to drive up to the window and see there’s people clearly there with headsets and being ignored in the window. If you’re not gonna serve through your drive thru window at least have the decency to put a Godam sign up. Worst service ever.

I went through the drive-thru today, first they could serve a hot dog because they had no hot dog buns. So they suggested a cheese burger, what i received was the same burger that was on the kids meal. The cheese was beyond disgusting, burger was probably in top 3 worst burgers and Pepsi was flat. 2 stars 1 for the fries and 1 for the root beer.Wheelchair accessibility: has to be for ADA compliance

Slow drive in service. Slow guy at window. I had to repeat order. I think he was zoned out. Food was blah. No tomato on Papa burger. Too much ice in root beer. Too expensive. I hope I don't get sick!

Don’t even bother. Not sure how this place remains open. Went for lunch and they had no burger patties at all and no root beer. It’s a burger and root beer joint… I was in a rush so I opted for the chicken sliders option with a Dr Pepper and all I asked for was ketchup. On the menu it says two chicken sliders. When I got my order I only had one slider that was undercooked, cold fries, no ketchup, and a soda that was only half full of Dr Pepper. Do your self a favor and do not eat here.

This was the WORST experience ever!!! Please DON'T EAT HERE! The rootbeer fermented because of lack of cleaning, the tartar sauce was sour and my husband's hamburger bun was so hard you could have build a house with it! Please fix this restaurant or shut it down before someone gets food poisoning!

The most disgusting place I have ever been in. I refused to eat but my wife loves long johns silver. You couldn't even walk in the dinning room the floors were so disgusting; you could not walk. The aprons of the cooks looked like they had not been washed on decades. The floors behind the counter looked worst then the dinning area. The fountain drink area looked to be a breeding ground for some fungus born illness. If there was a negative number given on here it would be a -10 marked with a health warning for everyone.

If I really had a choice for stars it would be none. I take more of my lunch brakes here but have never been in till today. My kids and I just done with a long drive and wanted to stop here before going home. We went in and it's hot the ac is not even on. Man at counter wasn't professional at all. Place was nasty tables not clean trash on floors ants on the counters. Got our food and ants on the tray they gave us and to top it off the restroom haven't been cleaned this place is unsanitary.I would not recommend this place. Have pictures is it let's me load them. Think this place needs new management and staff. Beware!!!! Not worth my $30

The guy that took our order was great! Chicken was way over cooked and not edible, it was like chewing on a rock. There were ants crawling all over the walls and tables. Floors need a scrubbing and mopping badly, they were sticky and nasty looking.

Just don’t… it is so bad I am laughing as I write just this.Okay, I will add to my review because my opinion is so needed right? My receipt reads 5:13 when my order went through the register. I received my meal just after the 5:30 time on my watch. The Jiffy Lube mechanic who handed me my food looked as though his dog just died… and his dog might have and I’m sorry. The other two Hells Angels inside just stood there looking up at something inside. Maybe they were waiting for my fries to cool down as after nearly 20 minutes in the drive through my fries are cold! ?. I haven’t had my burger yet. I can’t wait to see what unfolds.Burger update! If I’m not laying in fetal position in the next few minutes it will be a miracle!

I ordered a large root beer float. There was so little ice cream that it was completely melted by the time I got to my car right outside the door. When I took it back in, I was told that the ice cream is on a meter. I love A&W root beer, but I won’t be back. I happen to think a root beer float should actually have ICE CREAM in it!
