Went in at 830 but forced to do take out. They close at nine. My portion size was incredibly small. Half the container was rice. I am a breastfeeding mother. This was a snack and not a meal. Such great flavor but not enough food!! Do they force to go orders to give people smaller portion sizes?

First time going with my family and was pretty disappointed on the food and service! Our noodles were undercooked veggies were definitely not cooked and the food portions are not worth $14! Also had to get up to ask for more water and more silverware! Thought it would be good because of the ratings! Guess I was wrong…

You want authentic Vietnamese and Thai food? Try this place! The owner is wife to retired military and came out to chat at our table to make sure we had a pleasurable dining experience. She cooked the food herself. The food was delicious. Reasonably-priced and very good.

Our waitress was really sweet but the manager/owner who's cooking is rude, literally don't own a business if your rude to your customers. The attitude is HORRIBLE. Also food isn't great. The "Thai" fried rice was bland & mushy. Tasted like it came from a frozen meal. WAY over priced for the quality of food you get.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and I have nothing but great things to say about Baan Oy. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food is incredible! They can make several of their dishes completely vegan friendly, so vegans and vegetarians can find comfort here. Shout out to Oy and Clarissa for their hospitality.
It is Sunday evening, approximately 630. I am absolutely starving. Ready for dinner. Trying to figure out what I want. Vietnamese and Thai food sounds incredible.So I stop and let them know I want to place an order to go.They look at me as though I am the most disdainful thing they have ever seen and told me it’s going to be a long wait because they have a table in front of me. In this nearly empty restaurant.I wanted to try them for the first time but I can guarantee I will not be back. And if anybody ever asks about them I will suggest that they not try them. If they continue treating people like this, they will likely go out of business.

This is truly a small family owned business! They really try to make you feel welcome. Due to staffing shortages cut them some slack and allow them some extra time. They make your dish fresh! We have had several of the dishes and all have been great! When in season the mango sticky rice is awesome! Order out or stop in and check them out!

The husband was very nice.While the wife is more curt. They boil their tea for 3 hrs. Had the pinapple red curry which was 1.4 on spice level and i foind too spicy -- i had to put pranut sauce from the scrispy eggplant. The pho was large and had a great lrmongrass

We had the Crab Fried Rice with Shrimp and the Pineapple Fried Rice with Chicken, with a side if the Thai Eggrolls... both entres tasted great! Definitely need to come back to try the other dishes!!!

Was excited to try this place out, however I will not be going back. My noodles were not cooked all the way and when my Waitress asked how everything was and I quietly told her " well I don't think my noodles are cooked all the way" and said said sorry and then she came back with the chief! I was embarrassed and I told her kindly, she said "well most of its cooked", "do you want me to microwave it more?" MORE. Did she already microwave my food? I was shocked by this because microwaving rice noodles wouldn't cook them more and solve the problem, and I told her no numerous times I did not want anything else to eat there after that because she wouldn't leave my table...
