Waiting over 30min for a snow cone at the drive thru is ridiculous and not even close to ordering. Never coming back again.

We love Bahama Bucks, just not this location. The one in Universal City is friendly, inviting and prompt. I ordered online to dine in and something told me to check for my order. I went to the counter and saw our order dripping. I was surprised. I asked about the top. The guy says, "It's an online." I said, "Yes Sir, but it asks if we're dining in and I chose yes." He asked if I wanted the top, I said yes. ?????? I work retail, I do not treat people any ole' kind of way. I wouldn't want it done to me or anyone with me. The ambience was displeasing, but made the best of it so as not to ruin it for my daughter. Not to mention paying for the blue bell vanilla and there not being but a small spoonful of some ice cream. Service is subpar. Disappointing. Universal City location from here on out for sure.

Just left and only 3 out of the 5 in our vehicle got a drunk. Service was horrible. The cashier at the window kept rushing us and wouldn't listen to what we were asking for. We just ordered for the kids and decided not to order for ourselves. The order was wrong and they snowcones looked horrible. Very disappointed.

Snow cones were fabulous, the smalls were huge, have to say when we went they were busy but not slammed. We went through the drive through, management needs to talk to those kids about hygiene

Visited for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Being spoiled by traditional Hawaiian “shave ice”, I was a little leery of the “d” at the end, which usually means it’s more of a snow cone with chunky ice. Bahama Bucks had some of the lightest, fluffiest shaved ice I’ve ever had! I tried their mango flavor with ice cream at the bottom (not a fan) and sweetened condensed milk on top. So refreshing and delicious! Will definitely return.

Was in new Braunfels for business and stopped here for a cherry snow cone. Fastest service I’ve ever had at a Bahama Bucks. For a Friday 4:36pm it was relatively slow but the service was fast. My order was spot on! And there was no smell?
