I usually buy quarts of Jamoca and they pack them firmly. This time I read quarts are 1lb. 8oz.So I buy it. When my wife notices the quarts not packed and definitely not 24oz. But rather 17 oz. ?Unhappy wife Unhappy life!!

I asked for a monster cake for my dad. And asked them to add blood and get creative. They could do no wrong. Luckily they went with it and created an amazing cak that looked awesome and tasted great!

Bought the pre-packaged ice cream from the freezer. 2 of the 3 tasted like it had melted and refrozen. That ice taste that doesn't taste creamy. I bought rocky road and jomoca almond fudge and gold ribbon. Only Gold ribbon tasted good. Be cautious of the freezer ice cream is a gamble. In my case we lost 2 out of 3.

this manager is so rude and disrespectful. we explained to her that is was a friends birthday and they sat there and disrespected me and told me that i can’t get my cake because they wanted us to cancel it and reorder it when the party was starting immediately. i’m so upset and disappointed and disgusted with this company.

Music was so loud, also I never got to order because everyone that came in after me was a regular and I was straight up ignored while they said their hellos how's life. So I never got what I came in for will never visit this location again.

I love the ice cream here but the issue is the hours weren't changed for the holidays so 10 other people besides me weren't served after driving out of our way to go and get ice cream when the hours claimed to have been open. I enjoy coming to baskin robins but I'm Unimpressed with the customer service especially when all the lights were on and everyone could have been taken care of.

We are missing Braums so bad…. This place turned out to be pretty good. Nice people but could be cleaner during covid at least. The lady with blue blonde hair especially needs to step it up.
