We dined in at the Guadalupe pizza kitchen and omg folks it's to die for. This is my first visit and we'll be back for more of this pizza. Being originally from Chicago we know good pizza and this taste like home! Bravo chef, bravo!

Just went there for Mother’s Day, and the place was pretty crowded. Food came out fast(20 mins). Chicken and waffles were spot on. I heard the brisket Mac and cheese was good also. Kool staff. They always make sure my hound isn’t lacking for bacon.

We found this place in passing while looking for a hamburger joint. What a huge surprise! It’s located at the Guadalupe Brewery, the menu is small but has variety and veggie options. The cheese curds and buns used for the hamburgers were amazing! The atmosphere is awesome...small outdoor oasis, plenty of outdoor and indoor sitting options, two bars plus it’s dog friendly! The beer choices were great and also had wine and Bishop Cider on tap for those none beer drinkers in your life. On top of it all, they were very conscious about social distancing. You had to check-in with the host up front to get an assigned table that was spaced appropriately from others. Can’t say enough good things about this place! We will definitely be back and will be bringing friends!
Food is always amazing We love to go and support these restaurants especially right now, we spent over 80$ ( with two kiddos) in just food got there around 7:15 (thinking it closed at 9 according to their Facebook page) we ordered our food and decided to go inside and have a beer ? a couple was in front of us ordering a beer when the bartender rudely said she’ll serve us but have to finish it in a few minutes She then clarified that they close with in 20 min Once we got our food we went outside to eat, 15 past 8 the owner comes and tells us that they close at 8 and her employees can’t start their cleaning because of us, she then went off asking if we were local because we should’ve gotten there earlier if we wanted to dine in, I get it we’re Hispanic and might not belong but living in new braunfels for more than 3 years I’ve never felt so unwelcome and looked down on. There was a white man having his own beer and food a couple of tables away and no one ever rushed him. How is that fair?

When you’re drinking great Guadalupe Brewing Co beer, you need great food to go with it. This place nails it. Everything is made to order, with fresh ingredients. They use a real pizza over for their pizzas and everything I’ve tried is excellent. The staff is also super friendly and they’ll text you when your order is ready, so you don’t have to hover around while they’re making your food. Love it.

If you have time to kill and don’t want a patty melt you should be fine. took 45mins to get food and patty melt was flavorless, and left a lot to be desired. If you come for beer but are hungry you’ll be better of bringing your own.
