We go often to this place, and this is the second time my son gets sick, VOMITING all night. You can tell when the chicken has been cooked for long time, they served it cold and barely with sauce, and the texture is weird. I bet that chicken was sitting there for hours. Advise: if you feel the chicken wings cold, take them back, you’re already paying a lot.

I ordered shrimp with queso and a bola chili. I got a tiny little sauce cup full of shredded cheese. That’s not cancel that is terribly disappointing. Will not go there again.

Tried to take my sons team there. Arrived at 11:10 pm refused to seat us. Website says they are open until 12:00. We just wanted wings nothing special. Guess business is good that you can turn away a $400 plus order.

Buffalo wild wings have gone downhill. QR code to order and pay is trash. I've seen the manager and staff eat takeout next to the bar. The bartender was never present. They changed some recipes.(tenders is one). Covid has changed Buffalo wild wings everywhere, not just New Braunfels. The Houston one I visited told me she would lose shifts a bartender if I didn't pay via the app QR code. Like, really? I see you take my card. Bring back customer serviceOn 3/27/2024 at lunchtime, I had a great server here in New Braunfels, TexasFood was better , our server was great and very helpful and better than previous visits and I wish I caught his name.

Terrible restaurant. We ordered take out wings. They didn’t even sauce them it was a plain wing that quite frankly tasted old and dry literally a plain wing with no sauce. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever ordered from avoid this place it’s terrible.
I was there a couple of minutes ago, but a person who was behind my table he come to my table with a very annoying attitude and told me to stop moving because I was supposedly shaking his chair that’s not true. I told him to go back to his place because I was with my family and I didn't want problems so he kept insulting me, and someone called the manager and kicked us out of the restaurant without even listening to my version, the person who went to my place to look for problems stayed inside, me and my family the manager kicked us out! ! It is very unfair to me !! after frequenting that place for four years almost every week, we will not return again. The manager was very rude, I think he just had to change tables and the discussion would have ended.

I know it's Super Bowl Sunday but I ordered my food at 2:00 and was told it would be ready for 5:15, standing in lobby from 4:35 till 5:25, Still not ready. 2 gentleman ordered on line 2 days ago and are still waiting. BUT Door Dash and Uber orders are leaving constantly. I asked the manager about it and he tried gas lighting me and said by him coming to talk to me I'm making things go even slower, wow! Just WOW!!Vanessa, one of the cashiers was very sweet and kept her composure, eventhough some of us were NOT happy.First time eating here, will be my last after what the manager said to me. I'd leave but I have no back up food for dinner.
