We love Bush's Chicken. Sad that they brought it to AZ, then closed down their locations. At least we got to stop here in New Braunfels to get our fix. Everything we've tried here is good. Food is always hot and made to order. They are very nice and pleasant. Just wish they would come back to AZ!

Food here is great but everytime I come I wait 30 min for a single meal with no other customers in store. Employees have 0 urgency for the customers and on there phones a lot. The guy cook is the only person who actually works. Really need to step up the customer service. I’d restaff the whole store or shut it

Not a big fan of fried chicken . We were hungry and had never eaten there so we poped in and were very happy we did.
Always received with a friendly and ready to take my order person.Dietary restrictions: Can't eat fried foods. Having baked chicken has been a wonderful alternative. I love bushes chicken for the service, fresh hot food and prompt service.

Bush's Chicken has come far from their initial opening in New Braunfels. They are no longer worth my own or my families time to eat at.I now question if what you spent was a fair deal. The lobby experience is awful, especially with a family! The tenders are the size of nuggets almost, and the food and sides are as close to stale as it can before becoming unsellable. Portions have shrunk, and prices have risen. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Sat in the drive thru line waiting for the order to be taken while the girl taking orders laughed and talked to her friends in a car. She finally went and got another worker to take orders and continued to talk to her friends. Don’t know her name only that she is short, with wavy brown hair. Looks to be in her teens. I suggest you get rid of her because she obviously isn’t there to work.
