I only go through the drive thru and they used to always get my order perfect. But for the last maybe 6 months to a year, they NEVER get the condiments right. It’s always correct on the receipt but it seriously feels like they intentionally leave out condiments that you ask for. So strange and frustrating. It’s not just the sauces that they leave out or mess up, but also the nuts/toppings for salads too.

This is seriously one of the best out there..Went today @ lunch and OMG it was extremely packed for it was the day after Easter and no school everyone and there mother was there lol..However they were doing a great job in directing traffic as I was trying to find a parking space as I walked in there was a very long line but every employee had a rythem going they had a smile on their face and were working really hard..This is great customer service..The food is I'm gonna say with one word QUALITY..I wanna say a special thank you to Jerry he is so nice,and a very hard worker..Good job to this location.It was my first time but definitely not my last..Kudos to management and to all the employees who worked today..

This particular Chickfila has down fail, DO BETTER! We have taken my son 6 days a week to eat nuggets for 8 years as it is the only food he eats. I can not wait for the Walnut location to reopen. Please take note on how they operate. We have traveled to almost every location within the San Antonio and metro area. This location is a joke. They do not sell jalapenos, the staff is not friendly, and the food is always wrong after waiting forever. It's dirty or not as clean as other locations. The Mac and Chees is always cold, I have to ask them to reheat it because the cheese is not cheesy when cold. The parking lot is a mess as I understand they are tending to the whole city ,but the people do not know how direct traffic. Please Please get your employees trained as I know this company is all about customer satisfaction but in this time in age alot of people in general do not want to work, please get this operation going smoother. As I HAVE to continue to go because my son needs his nuggets I will continue to go if I don't have to travel further but like I said I can not wait til the Walnut location opens back up. Good luck I just gave my honest most recent review.

Food was good but service in drive-thru was not great. As the food sat on the drive-thru counter, the two girls outside stood at the window chatting, handing food to cars as they pulled up instead of walking food up the line when it was ready. May be the reason for the slower service and back-up. Additionally, had to ask for napkins twice as they only gave 1 napkin for 3 meals which seemed to really annoy them. Upon leaving and handing out food, found they didn't even provide the number of condiments we ordered.

Had a large catering order yesterday and ordered some additional things for a meeting. I arrived to the restaurant and when I was waiting, I could hear the staff all openly complaining about the order as I sat and waited for everything to be done. Probably not the best for the staff to all openly complaining and chiming about the order when they are out in public for everyone to hear them, especially the customer who chose this place to do a big order.

Not as good as I expect at Chick-fil-A. Might have caught them on a bad day. During lunch rush, they only had two cashiers, one of them opted to disappear at the worst possible time. God bless the manager though, she was hustling to keep the operation going, then noticed the line and cashier situation, and jumped right in.
Man I knew I shouldn’t have come here! Service is sub par-and food is not good. I gave this place so many chances. Sandwich was sub par but fries was even worse! It’s like they just have a whole bunch of bad ones just sitting there and they say you what lemme give these bad ones out to people cuz we don’t like you! DITTO! I get the message and never coming back! Not worth it! And this is for the Location at WestpointDon’t get it twisted!

Ill tell yah....its not Chick-fil-A's fault, but that is the worst drive through during peak times. People obviously have a hard time reading the very bold and large direction signs on how to navigate the (very terrible and small) parking lot to get in the drive through, often causing more delays than just going through correctly. That being said, food is always great and the inside is always very clean. Just maybe go at 2pm...or 8pm?
This is the busiest location I’ve ever been to. Still got my food in a timely manner. Raises for all!

I have no clue what’s up with Chick-fil-A the fast food chain used to be very pleasant to order from now it’s like I avoid Chick-fil-A now. I ordered my free coffee today and I waited like 10 minutes while all the other curbside orders received what they ordered I had to get off and get my coffee. The female employee didn’t even care when I went to ask her about my coffee she just pointed at my coffee and it was just sitting on the countertop just sitting there. She didn’t even care I had to get off I mean why would she I did her job for her. Chick-fil-A employees act like asking for more condiments is personally coming out of their paycheck forbid I ask for extra coffee creamer and sugar they want to give me attitude. Chick-fil-A is not what it used to be. Seems like they’re all slowly going downhill.
