We visited for the first time today and we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything is! I got Olivia's old south on wheat bread and my husband got the Cranberry Kelli on a croissant. Both were absolutely delicious! The fruit salad was also fresh and delicious. The service was top notch and everyone working was so nice and helpful. The vibe of the restaurant was akin to having lunch at grandmas house! We can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!

This was me and the wife's 1st time here. Was a great experience from walking up to counter to leaving. 1st, we were greeted by a big smile at the counter and walked thru the menu, and was not rushed. We got our drinks, and a few seconds later, our food was already being brought to the table. Then, while enjoying your food, there was a nice lady's walking around, making sure everything was OK. She even offered samples of other types of chicken salad they had if we wanted to try them. It's just nice to walk into smiles at a business, and you can feel the happiness. I would recommend everyone to come give them your business.

The melt with the loaded baked potato soup is really delicious. Friendly staff, very clean, cozy. Highly recommend.

The first time that I went I received my sandwich that was just bread and chicken salad. Pretty boring. I asked one of the employees if I could get lettuce and tomato on it in the future and he said , yes and they should have asked you that up at the register. They did not. So the second time we went, my husband asked for 2 scoops of chicken salad on his sandwich and was told that they could not do that. She proceeded to explain that she was the area district manager and that they have very strict guidelines. So he told her that they had given him 2 scoops on his sandwich last time. She wanted to know what employee it was so that she could give her a talking to. My husband said, "I'm not going to tell you who it was because she was very nice." Now, I would have probably left at this point and headed down the street to Roost, where they will give you 2 scoops on a sandwich with no problems, but my husband persisted. He asked if he could order the sandwich as it comes, with one scoop and get another scoop in a cup on the side. They said that yes they could do that. So then he proceeded to say, "ok, you can put an extra scoop in a cup, but you can't put it on the bread?" To that, the answer was yes. Why? I don't understand the lack of customer service and common sense on this one. It's not worth the argument and the wasted cup. We will be going back to Roost where they are so much more accommodating. This restaurant will be short lived with customer service like this.

I've been meaning to post my review for a minute now. Let me say this was my first time trying Chicken Salad Chick and I loved it. The people that work there are unbelievably kind and so patient. Highly knowledgeable of all the items on the menu! The chicken was so delicious, I got Olivia's old south with a grape salad! I however thought the croissant was going to be toasted but I was wrong. Still tasted great! Oh and it came with the cutest cookie! I look forward to going back!

The employees were super nice and efficient The soup was thick and delicious The egg sandwich was nothing special, the croissant was stale, didn't eat it after a few bites. The side salad was broccoli which was really good until I discovered a hair tangled within the salad - yuck My friend also had an egg croissant sandwich, except her croissant was fresh, reinforcing mine was old/stale.

I have been here several times since it opened and every time I've received great customer service (Chris will ensure that you are taken care of) and a very tasty sandwich. My last visit was yesterday, took a friend there for his first time and it was his birthday, let me tell you, the service was exceptional and they really went out of their way. Gina's infectious (sorta mischievous) smile really set the tone so I asked if they did anything for birthdays and she told me that they really didn't but asked what I had in mind, when I told her, she was all for it and rallied the staff to help and made it special!! If you have not been there, don't hesitate to give them a try, it's a great lil shop with a friendly staff...also, every flavor I've tried has been delicious and don't forget the grape salad! When you go, ask for Gina!!
The food & service were great. I need to be gluten free & although they were excellent at providing me gluten free options, it was disappointing to have them put crackers & a cookie on my plate. Fortunately the crackers & cookie were wrapped. Just as a suggestion, it would be better to just leave those items off the plate.

Once I found out they opened a Chicken Salad Chick in New Braunfels I hurried to this location! I just love everything about this place! Great food, great service, and a good price. This place is brand new and parking is vast since it's in a shopping center. The atmosphere is warm and homey and the menu is easy to read. The only challenging part is choosing which Chicken Salad you want! Once you order you have various options to choose from and with me I love spicy, so I ordered the Kickin Kay Lynne, which is a combination of buffalo sauce, ranch, bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, jalapeños, & Sriracha! I also ordered the soup of the day which was loaded potato. Both delicious and both amazing! I will definitely be coming here often and can't wait to try something new here each time!

First time trying this place and I really enjoyed it and had no problems. I placed my order for pick up at 6:30 and it was ready right at 6:30. I got the fancy Nancy chicken salad and it tasted amazing. I also enjoyed the potato soup! The only thing I think they could change is adding more variety of bread options.

Great addition to New Braunfels! We have been to several CSC's around the south the past few years, and have been waiting for them to come to our area! I've been twice already, and both times, service has been quick and the food has been consistent with my past experiences--delicious!!

Loved the table covers on the table. For the chicken salad...ordered the Cranberry Kelli...2 pieces of a cranberry and maybe 3 pieces of a pecan. I also ordered the broccoli side and the dressing was very watery. I am sure the kinks are being worked out. I may give it another try down the road.
