Ordered on the app and checked in on my phone. Our food was suppose to be ready in 20 mins and after about 30 mins of waiting and no one coming out I tried calling 3 times with no answer I went inside to find out the waitress and manager had turned the phones off so that customers had to come inside. By this time my food was cold and they had offered to remake everything but I had a crying baby with me so I couldn’t wait around. Left disappointed and with no food.

This has to be the worst place for service when your trying to have dinner, the service for the waitress to flirt or to find her next victim was fast and adequate. The waitress was horrible! Rushed us taking our drink order after we had waited. We were rushed giving her our dinner order, she had to get back to the pigs at the bar. She took my husband’s drink to maybe refill it and she never brought it back. As she flirted with men at the bar. Guess you have to make your money somewhere!

Dry burger over season salted. Fries were old and cold and way over seasoned. Beer was skunky. Drive further down to 3009 they have better everything when it comes to Chilies.

Clever Country
Ordered our food to go to go for curbside. Showed up and there was no where to park first of all for curbside pickup or anywhere else in parking lot. Parked in fire lane and checked in through text message. Waited another 15 minutes before going into store myself. The lady in the to go was on phone and had to wait another 5 minutes before some very rude young girl asked me “what do you want” I told her what my order was and that it had been done for over 30 minutes. She got my food and when I went to get it from her she bumped into me pushing past me and slammed it onto the wire rack and walked away. She could have handed it to me, instead she chose to be extremely rude. I had a 7 min drive home and when I got there our food wasn’t even warm. Had to reheat our steaks and fixings in the oven and they didn’t taste very good. We like Chili's. In the past we've waited a long time to get our food but last two visits here, food came out quicker. Our recent visit, waitress was very sweet and attentive.Staff seemed to get along well and were helping out each other. They seemed to be enjoying working together.
