idk why i even keep ordering from here, is place has been going down in quality each time i’ve ordered. I had a kids build your own with carnitas meat and the “meat” they gave me was 80% fat and grease. The photo is after i fished out all the meat.

Stop here to visit family and while we were ordering the girl said no white rice when we could see it. Then another co worker said is only for online ordering. And the 2 people behind us order online instead when they could have just been serving it. The same girl that told is that is the one that check us out had bad attitude not friendly at all. Towards the end a friend of her showed up and the friend ask for white rice . So I Don’t get her idea of lying to customer and saying no white rice only for online orders. I hope management does better at having better people.

They charged me extra for guacamole on a veggie bowl. Their website says guacamole is included with a veggie bowl. The dining room is dirty, unwashed tables and floors. The trash was overflowing, near the grill, with bloody meat packages. Sticky messy soda area. Good consistent food, for the most part. The veggies were undercooked and crunchy, however.

If you want good food and friendly service don't bother coming here. I thought I would give them another try. I won't be back. Walked in at dinner time around 645 and they had almost no meat ready. I asked if they would be making any more (I was willing to wait for fresh steak no problem) and I was told they didn't know if they would be making anymore. The grills were empty except for vegetables. Other items weren't an option either as they were at the bottom of of every kind of meat.there were at least 6 people behind us so I am not sure how they were planning of filling their orders. Maybe they had a rush who knows, but very poor planning and they were very rude when they answered which topped off the experience. We decided to go somewhere else and spend our money and will not be back.

Chipotle always hits the spot but this time was great ! Great portions the staff was great and professional. The young lady with the dark hair working the night shift Samantha was super sweet and kind we were super hungry and got our fix! We will definitely be back! Only reason doesn’t have full 5 stars is because my steak had a lot of fat in there I found about 5 big chunks of pure fat otherwise the cook on it was amazing wish it was all consistent and the bathroom was a little messy otherwise not a bad experience and delicious food!Dietary restrictions: Healthy optionsParking: Strip mall parking lotKid-friendliness: Very kind and welcoming

I hadn't been to Chipotle in a few years and I was having a craving so we went for lunch.Bottom line the food is good as I remembered the shock was the prices. We had two of the Carne Asada Bowls and two drinks and it came to $34. Pretty steep for what you get. Won't be headed back at those prices.

Bro, tacos were bomb as always cause I’m a master of the craft; ALTHOUGH. Young blonde girl making the food, the dirtiest looks given from her. On top of the little huffs and annoyed noises and small portions, I asked about the MD and got met with a stern and annoyed “No. Only First Responder.” yes ma’am my fault for asking. Idk broski but this place used to be a bomb spot on regular occasion but that there; just made me and the family not wanna step inside and order anymore. I’m always saying the Hawaiian place is better next door but chipotle got tacos and burritos and salsa so ya know.Fast food might not be the place for everyone, bro with the hair though is always happy as can be with all the customers and that’s a bonus for the spot so props on him. Too bad he wasn’t there tonight, would’ve saved me 10 minutes thinking of what to say. I’m just so flabbergasted, I fee bamboozled. -10 points tonight Chipotle, cook offs won’t be in this locations future.

Friday 01/12/2024 customer service lacking, food was great, but the portion are really small , I’ve been here before and it was good, I mean at least put some more rice on it ….! The bowl looked half way.Not confirm back to this location but I hope it will improve I love chipotle.

I walked in this restaurant and no one was at the counter. One person was wiping tables but others were standing the back area. So I asked was there anyone working and nobody said anything until I took my phone out and took a picture. After ordering my bill came to 10.23. I gave her a 20.00 bill and she gave me back 9.77. A 5 and 2 ones and 2.77 in quarters and said sorry. I will not be back to this store. I did take a picture of the front with no one at the counter.
