I asked a for 3 bacon cheeseburgers, when I was about to pay they told me that they had ran out of bacon, I saw them grilling more bacon, so I asked the cashier how long to wait for the bacon and he went to the cook which the cook replied "idk" which I then asked if it's ready and we are still here please let me know so I can pay for it and get bacon, and the lady brought a paper to the cashier which said "do not sell bacon" I was really disappointed defiantly not coming back here again

Good food, and the service is fine. One star for the ridiculous prices! I ordered a small cheeseburger, a regular cheeseburger and one order of fries. No drinks. My total was just under $30.00. Unbelievable. I will not return.

Just got an order delivered from this location and wow is all I can say! How did you guys manage to give me 1/2 of a Patty? Never had such a small portion of beef ever at a five guys. It was also crazy overcooked and dry. You also mixed our regular fries and.cajun fries. Usually they're separated but my wife who is super sensitive to the spice could hardly eat her fries. Truly terrible 5.guys

Nothing against the location or the staff, but seriously, what's up with the prices? $65 for 3 burgers, a grilled cheese sandwich, and one order of fries (oh, and the drinks). Sixty Five Dollars Could have gotten just as good if not better food right next door at Whataburger. Sorry not sorry, I will not be returning. Outrageous prices.

Ordered a cheese dog at lunch today and it came plain, nothing all all but some gross cheese stuck to the bread. No mayo, mustard, anything. That's not what I ordered. When I went back and told the girl it wasn't what I wanted, she proceeded to ring up another order for a hot dog all the way and charge me another $7.44! What? Why do I have to buy another one when this awful hot dog isn't what I wanted! She said she didn't know any other way to do it. Really bad training and service.

We were in the area and craving some good fresh food because during this pandemic it seems most restaurants are serving sub par food at premium prices. Sadly this visit was no different. The burgers were okay, fries good but, the prices had gone up...$32.22 for burgers and fries. I can go next door, Whata size it, spend half as much and get the same quality as I received this time.

Attitudes, sloppy and one little girl working back there pushed the trash down then, with the very same gloves she had on when pushing down the trash proceeded to put lids on the stuff for the shakes and get stuff off the counter. So unfriendly and less than welcoming and can’t get the orders right. My daughters grilled cheese sandwich was burned and so were the hamburger buns. Cook was just throwing food down on the grill. The place was very dirty.

The burgers and hot dogs bomb, get it with extra cheese and make sure the cheese is melted. When theyre hot and fresh, this is a 5 star burger. A couple of times ive been here the cheese wasnt melted and the burger wasnt hot, and it wasnt near as good. It is pretty expensive, too. 3 cheeseburgers, a BLT, a hot dog, and 2 shakes comes out to almost $65. Ill keep coming here until the P. Terrys down the road opens up.
Two stars for fresh food. SO SO EXPENSIVE for what you get. We can go to Chili's or Montana Mikes for cheaper even after a tip. The food tasted OK, but we won't be back unless they lower their prices. $9 for an average cheeseburger ? What!!!!

Not one of the five guys new how to make a good hamburger? This burgers lacked the taste my wallet was paying for. Will NOT be back for another disappointment. But that's just this fat guy's opinion.

A great location to eat in New Braunfels. The burgers tasted great. The fries are cooked in peanut oil. The restaurant is clean. The prices are reasonable. They offer milk shakes too.

My daughter and three granddaughters , one is two so she did not have her own burger . We ordered 4 burgers , 2 large fries , 2 shakes and 2 drinks . 66.00 dollars . This is a fast food restaurant. To be fair they burgers are good , fresh made , 2 patties , with three of them , all the the way with three of them . The person taking orders maybe should ask if this is the first time and the one patty two thing. If given time which he didn't seem to have we may have lowered the bill. One of the soda machines did not work . The table was dirty we cleaned it . The floor was dirty . Bathroom clean . Manager working along side others and directing . Good team work . Probably wouldn't spend that much again for sure .
