We went around midnight and it took over 30 mins to seat us and another 35 mins to get pancakes. It wasn’t busy. Food was not yummy. And honestly this iHop had very Waffle House behavior. No hate on Waffle House but you just don’t expect Waffle House behavior at an iHop.

I had a really great breakfast!! I use to be a manager of a ihop and open them and train people and everyone was very friendly and the food was amazing. It’s hard to find a ihop with the potential that I know it can have. Especially since Covid!! Thank you for the food and great hospitality

Ordered off breakfast menu on very busy holiday weekend. Waitress was exceptional. Food was hot & yummy.
I recently visited this location for the first time and I was thoroughly impressed. The service was prompt and attentive, the waitress (Rebecca L.) was courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. Most importantly, the food exceeded my expectations; the French toast which wasn't overcooked or too eggy, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs alongside crispy turkey bacon that ALL paired well together.

I can't even begin to share our entire experience because our experience was just waiting! We saw our waiter, who sat us, got us water and came back to ask our order but I wasn't quite ready, all maybe in the first 3-5 minutes. People come, people go, I play a phone game, more people are sat and leave, a gentleman sat near us is fidgeting around because he hasn't gotten a drink, another couple is arguing because they also haven't gotten a drink, 10 minutes pass by, another 5, the man tries to get a waiter to come by to ask them where his waiter is, none come by. He leans over to ask if we had a waiter, which, at this point bit for 15 minutes, byt we do say yes. Food comes out for a family of 6 at the end of our aisle, the gentleman asks as she walks by no longer encumbered, who was setving this area we three customers had been waiting 15 minutes and he and the other couple had not received drinks yet. She did not answer and just walked away.At this point, my wife and I, who were celebrating our 12th year together at the first place we ate at the morning after starting to date, at an IHOP, decided enough was enough, and at 20 minutes we just left. The gentleman, followed shortly after, sporting a face of bewilderment. Don't waste time here. 20 minutes wasted. Not that IHOP is a classy or highbrow establishment, but still, expected better than, literally, nothing. Go to the Black Bear Diner literally 3 miles north of here. Better service at the VERY least, we got to ORDER our food.

I’ve eaten here twice and the food was disgusting both times. The first time I ordered something online and went to pick it up. I arrived on time but they told me my food wasn’t ready yet and had me wait half an hour. When I got my food, it was cold as if it had been sitting out for about half an hour. I tried to give it a second chance because anyone can have one bad experience but once again the food was cold and the hash browns were inedible as if they were a few days old. Any good review on here is probably fake and you shouldn’t waste your money coming here.
