When your menu consists mainly sandwiches, soups,& salads you better stick the landing. Mac n Cheese tasted like glue soupy mess with little cheese flavor. Fruit bowl consist of more lettuce than fruit. Hibiscus te had no real Hibiscus flavor and was water down. I was hoping the walnut cranberry cookies would save the day. Cookies were under done and doughy. Poor value and quality..

Who serves guacamole that looks like this? I guess when it's delivery they get rid of yesterday's products. Gross! First and last time I'm ordering delivery from here.
Waited over 30 minutes for an online order that was never made, watched countless people come in and be served before our order was ready. No apology for the wait time or sense of urgency to get meals prepared quickly. Will definitely not be returning or recommending. Too bad they do have good food.

The tea bar was messy and lemons unavailable.Ordered the manager special with lobster chowder and beefeater. The chowder has been heated too long and was mush. Beefeater was good, but seemed a little dried out.I asked the server to refill the lemons and when I went to top off my drink they still were not available. Just juice and old remnants. The chocolate for ice cream was also empty. Do better!

I DON’T recommend going to this location! The service from the employee’s, unfortunately, was a very negative experience! Also the food quality was not good. When I asked why the tea was watered down the staff explained that’s how they do it here. This Jason’s Deli is definitely not some where we will be returning, which makes us sad because we love Jason’s Deli, but not this one!

Very bad service. I ordered some breakfasts online, it said my order was ready at 9:37. When I arrived at the restaurant the employee was very rude and told me that my order was not going to be ready because they opened at 10. I had to cancel my order because the employee sounded angry for having ordered before 10. They should have better customer service.
