First let me start by saying; I came in a few months ago and wasn’t very impressed with service from the kidos running the place, but jimmy jons has great sandwiches so gave them another shot. Wow! This is my third sandwich since and the crew is amazing! Polite and professional, went above to serve me a little early cause I snuck in during a large take out order. Not to mention freaky fast! That roast beef is good too; Stubway made me forget how good roast beef is as theirs tastes so bland, thanks!!

It was Saturday 6/3 /23 at 1pm. They were not even close to operating like a typical JJ store. It was sad. Longest wait ever for a plain slim. Never again.

i appreciate this little jimmy john's in nbtx. it's not always 5-star but i am very thankful they deliver good sammies for a reasonable price.
Never had a bad sandwich at this JJ. They seem to be understaffed sometimes and unable to handle a lunch rush efficiently, causing customer to walk out without placing an order. Totally understandable just a small point of interest.

I went right before the lunch rush but there were four or five other customers. There was one cashier and one sandwich maker. I was still out of there in less than 10 minutes. The sandwich was not sloppy or drenched in sauces and condiments. It was packaged neatly and tasted pretty good. I felt a little rushed but I get it. Freaky fast, freaky fresh, right?!Parking: Parking is small and tight in this little plaza.

***MILITARY DISCOUNT*** The staff were friendly and fast. We walked in and they all said welcome and quickly took our order. Our sandwich was ready quickly and they accommodated us by cutting the giant in 4 so we could easily share. The restaurant and bathroom were clean and tidy. We would come back. The JJBLT is delicious ?Vegetarian options: They have lettuce wraps and a delicious Veggie sandwich.Wheelchair accessibility: 2 handicap spots with a ramp from the parking lot.
