I’m from Louisville Kentucky and I Promise you the KFC restaurants there are NOTHING like here. The KFC there. ANY of them are Delicious. What is going on in Texas and KFC????

Ordered and paid extra for 4 breasts and 4 legs and actually received 4 thighs and 4 legs. The biscuits were raw in the middle. They obviously need to train the employees to differentiate between breasts and legs and how to make the biscuits.

Food could improve this KFC!!! First off the app didn't work correctly for the deals so I had to forget that, second and most importantly when one orders Extra Crispy Chicken that is what you should get!! We got a soggy not very good tasting chewy chicken bucket!! With so many other great chicken establishments in this town+++ I would recommend the others!

Drive thru was fast and SUPER friendly w plenty of kind hearted southern hospitality. Order was 100% accurate too.
I've got a 4 pcs chicken meal and one of the pieces was.... I don't think it was really eaten by anyone, but it does look like someone beat off this already tiny piece of chicken!! I'm upset whoever prepared my meal could see that piece shouldn't have been counted towards..I'm just saying! It sucks that I love KFC but there's only 1 in NB! Next time, I will check my box before leaving the store.
