I was looking forward to picking some of this up, as I had a BYOB. I ordered 2 chicken and veggie bowls. The order taker was a middle aged lady that acted as if she was doing me a favor, taking my order. Not friendly, no smile. I waited about 10 minutes for my order, which wasn’t terribly bad. When I got home, about 10 minute later, I opened dinner up and immediately noticed that the veggies appeared to have been in a steamer all day long. They were lacking fresh color and were extremely mushy. Yuk! My chicken wasn’t much better. It also appeared to have been prepared hours before. The sauce was the saving grace. The icing on the cake was that both bowls food temperature was at the very best tepid. This meal works out to over $9.00 each without the BOGO. I had heard that it was pretty good. Unfortunately quality control is not of much importance. It probably would have been a lot better, had it been fresh and hot.

Having lived in Oahu, Hawaii, I'm incredibly picky when it comes to Hawaiian food. I can confidently say that L&L is authentic. Their musubis are to die for!

This has turned out to be quite a find in a small strip mall that you would probably drive right past. Decided to try it when the line at the Einstein Bagel place next door was way too long and so glad I did!The customer service is remarkable. So friendly and welcoming. The food is tasty with a different flavor profile on the burgers than I've had in the past but very, very good. The steamed veggies are not mush like you might get elsewhere. The tables are always clean and the music is just loud enough to hear, but not so loud that you have to shout over it to talk with your companions.I recommend them highly.

Don’t waste your time. I was the only customer and I ordered a burger. They processed my payment, then came back and told me they had no buns. I got a pork and cabbage bowl. The chunks of cabbage were huge. It didn’t taste “bad” but it’s nothing I would ever eat again. It’s only two employees with absolutely nothing going on. They could tell the cashier “oh hey we don’t have buns” at any point of the day? It’s not like they were busy. Just go to Chipotle next door or something. This place won’t be around very long.

Since moving to New Braunfels a few months ago I’ve discovered this place the very next day and have been loving it ever since. Their food never disappoints even when we order delivery, they give very good portions and food has great flavor. I also love their dessert cake or mochi, highly recommend this place! ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We love the San Antonio location but it’s so far. We were super pumped when we found out there was going to be one in new Braunfels. However It tasted completely different. You wouldn’t even be able to recognize that both locations are the same company. The spam musubi ratio was way off. It had a ridiculous amount of rice to spam. The rice was also way overcooked and very mushy. When I ordered, I also asked for an order of the donuts. The girl at the counter said that they were so good and their most popular dessert and said that I needed to try them, but in the same sentence, said that they were sold out? The meat was good. Unfortunately the macaroni salad was just really bland and lacked that flavor. I’ll stick to San Antonio or just go to Hawaiian Bros.

Wow!!! I have been to the other location and did not like it. However this one, I am so excited to have finally tried it. I ordered the chicken katsu and it was, crunchy, juicy, flavorful and I asked for a different sauce and they gave me a butter garlic one to try and yum!!! Staff super sweet and it's made when ordered. It was fresh, tasty and generous. They were about to close in 25 min so it was slow I truly hope they get the business they deserve it's such good place.

I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ plate, which included beef, chicken, and galbi (ribs). Unfortunately, the meats were over cooked and tough. The flavor was mild and not too salty or sweet. The lady at the register was really friendly. I have had better at other Hawaiian BBQ establishments.

This place has stolen my heart even though I live 1200 miles away. The food was amazing, big portions, and well priced. The staff was so friendly. I’m shocked it wasn’t busier when we went in because it’s amazing.
