I usually stop here at night after work around 11pm when other places are closed. The food is always right but they literally have never given me the sauces for nuggets. I stopped ordering nuggets because of this ( yes I could check in it after a 13 hour shift I forget) and when I get home all the food is there with tons of napkins but never sauce.

This is not my usual McDonald's, but we were headed home from San Antonio to San marcos. My kids wanted McDonald's, so this one just happened to be on our route at the right time. The service was very good. I ordered off the kiosk but still encountered the workers.Someone hand delivered our food to our table. The man was very polite. They did forget one part of our meal, though. I went up to the front, and I believe it was the manager who helped. She simply said no problem and replaced what was missing without a complaint. I appreciate that.We went around 4-5 p.m. The drive thru was busier, but the inside wasn't.My oldest and I got chicken nuggets meal. My oldest was also very excited to see the shamrock shake was back. He missed out on trying it in the time the past 2 years. So that was definitely a must this time around he said it was great.

Is it ever really good? I mean does anybody just get hungry and decide oh yes let's have McDonald's but if I had to go to one I guess I would just flip a coin. This one is no better or no worse.

I buy breakfast at McDonald’s regularly and use my app for points and deals. I am fluent in the app language and know how to use it properly. When I was at the drive thru I provided my deal code first before ordering as you should and the lady taking my order said it was already redeem, which is wrong. I refreshed the app as she asked me to do just in case and it was still redeemed. I then asked her how we could fix it and she simply said we can’t do anything dealing with the app. So I took my money down the street to whataburger where I have had zero problems. What a disgusting way to do business. This is why the service industry is the way it is. Sufficed to say, you will no longer get my business. Keep up the bad work and see what happens to your bottom line.- Ex-customer
