I don't know if it's just cause they don't care or can't remember but why does it seem like even when I spend 37.98 on low ranking food I still can't get what I ordered right no frys no nuggets its always something no ketchup no sauces when I have nuggets and still get charged for extra. Step it up Mc Donald's. You pay ur employees 15 + an hour. Standards. Fresh we cold no nuggets chicken deluxe sandwich was cold if my restaurant sold cold chicken complaints all day come on now. Disappointing!!!!!

When you're an out of towner and in search of great coffee and excellent customer service, the 2 gentleman that were here on early Friday morning April 5th, you were awesome!I've been getting coffee every morning at various locations in New Braunfels for two weeks now.I want to specifically thank the 2 young men for making me laugh, providing superb customer service and McDonald's always superb coffee.Y'all were my favorite coffee experience here in New Braunfels so far!!Thank you.

Went to this McDonald’s and the guy who took my order was really rude! I go to this McDonald’s at time and most of the staff is really nice it was just this guy in particular that was just really rude for no reason. I don’t know if he was just having a rough day or what but it doesn’t mean for you to be rude to others! Especially when all I did was just pull up and just try to order.

Showed up for a late lunch at this location around 2 PM. An employee watched me and a couple of others attempt to order at the Kiosk. You cannot complete your order because all of the numbers for your table are behind the counter. Seems the employees have found a low tech way to disable the Kiosks and pace the orders at their convenience.

Fast , friendly , clean exterior from where we picked up from the numbered parking area. Mobile order , was less than 5min and we had it at our window ready to go! Parking lot is not fun getting in or out of during busy hours ,but everything else is positive other than that!
