Thoroughly disappointed in mc donalds. Went thru drive thru for a happy meal for the granddaughter. Voice on intercom asked if we wanted apple slices which we agreed we did. Got the happy meal and after opening it up, discovered no apple slices. The receipt shows we should have gotten some. I call the phone number and immediately am asked to hold and after five minutes of holding I hang up to call back and continuously get a busy signal. I then think I'll call the number for comment line and get a voicemail. Why have a comments line if i can't get to someone at that moment?I am more frustrated that mc donalds has come to such unreliable and poor service that I can't depend on them to get even my granddaughters happy meal right.Update: an hour after visiting the location, I still haven't spoken to a human about my issues, the line is still busy. I definitely don't feel valued by mc donaldsFinally spoke to someone at the location and told them my issue and she asks if I wanted to stop in a grab my apple slices. No attempt at apologizing for forgetting something they asked me if I wanted. No attempt at trying to keep my business. Customer service could use some work. I will not be going back to that location.MC Donalds, you've got to do better.
