For the second time I’ve ordered delivery an item was left off my order. The first time I let it go. This time I called the Panera at Creekside immediately. I was told that delivery was through Doordash and that they’ve been noticing the drivers were leaving the drinks behind. They told me I’d have to take it up with DD. They would fix my drink and I could come get it. Which is no good, there’s a reason I paid higher prices to get delivery! They would not refund the cost of the item to my card although they could see the item was left behind. They said again I’d have to go through DD. Problem is that I didn’t place the order with DD so there’s no reference for them to refund me because their order was placed via the Panera app, not the Doordash app.(Once you get the delivery, the drivers info disappears and you cannot recall it) so beware of ordering delivery via the Panera app. I’m out $4 but I’ll never order Panera again since they do not care about their customers and doing the right thing.

The service was excellent!! The ppl were nice and patient while I figured out what I wanted for lunch! Now the food wasn't so good. The bread was fantastic, fresh and delicious, but the turkey was weird and had no flavor! If it didn't have bacon on it, it would have had no flavor at all!! The rest was fine though! It just left me with a it was mehhhh.

They never get the to go order correct. We were there today and ordered large salads with chicken. We sent it back due to zero chicken. Then headed home to discover they changed it to 2 small salads and the cost was $25

There is a reason this place has two stars. Yesterday when I was ordering through the drive thru I couldn't hear the lady speaking. I kept saying sorry I can't heart you and she was VERY rude. On top of that my food is never right. Today when I came by at 6:29 she told me when I got to the window they don't open till 6:30... and once again very rude about it.... Definitely don't recommend unless you want to deal with rude employees and still have the wrong order.

So I love Panera but not this one. My salad is always wrong and we eat Panera a lot. Today we went for lunch and in my sandwich was 2 pieces of hair (I shouldn't have to pull someone's hair out of my mouth ) then my husband was eating a cookie and there were 3 pieces of hair in it. Is someone purposely putting their hair in the food. I'm completely disgusted.

Very expensive for the sub par product that was brought to our table. Two "You Pick Two" orders with a Spicy Chicken sandwich and a small soup and a drink was $40 with a tip. Cold bread for a hot sandwich, small and dry chicken patty, and hardly any toppings or sauce on the sandwich and soup tastes like it is straight from a can.

Such filth! I love Panera Bread Products, but this location is filthy dirty! I will not come back until the Management or Owners get off their booty and start cleaning. This is supposed to be healthy food, yet it leaves the customer wondering what is happening. There is dust, dirt, food, and possibly mold under each booth and table. You can see dirty pots and pans sitting around from the morning rush. I hate calling you out like this, but in Los Angeles, the Panera's are sparkling clean even the outdoor seating area. There are long lines to get this wonderful food. But not at this location. The Managers need more training. Do this and watch your business grow. Unbelievable!!

Ordered our food at 8:15pm . We were sitting waiting for our food and an employee (young lady) at 8:35 came over to us and said “ you know we do close in 20 minutes “ . At this point we had not even gotten our food yet and they were already trying to push us out the door and were completely rude to us . Also soup was really cold. Terrible experience .

I went with my family to the restaurant and got a salad, mac and cheese, and a frozen caramel cold brew. I at first got the cold brew half filled and melted to the point of separation and ended up sending it back. Once I got my salad I tasted something rotten and realized the lettuce was spoiled, wilted, and brown. I get a new salad with romaine lettuce and started eating it. as i finished it theres blonde hairs in the bottom of my bowl, and at that point i was so disgusted and had taken my food back twice and just left to eat somewhere else. While some of the staff was understands, they were standing around talking and didn't once check in to see if the new food was good. i 100% will not be returning, and the guests around me watched me pull platinum blonde hairs out of my food some i'm sure they won't either. they literally deconstructed their sandwiches because they heard the worker say the whole supply of lettuce was rotted. honestly extremely disgusted and disappointed.

We have been to Panera many times eating the same dishes. Half Fuji Apple Salad and French onion soup. We are disappointed that we receive less of everything. We understand prices went up but charge more or let guests know you have to cut on items such as croutons in the soup, cheese, chicken and other things from the salad. We will not be back. Also, what happened to being asked if we want an apple or bread? Why do we need to ask for it?

They did not even check to see if they had an item at 6 pm before telling me they didn't. everything looked like they were closing. I had to go in because I had asked for no sauce on my pizza and they had put sauce on it. they asked if I wanted a refund right off. I said no I wanted it right. then while waiting I saw the other item in the case I had asked for and was told they didn't have.

Panera is overpriced and they have subpar standards. I ordered a 1/2 sandwich and salad today, 11/8, and luckily looked in my bag before I drove too far away. I found what looked like someone’s partially eaten roll in my bag. I went back through the drive thru and questioned why something like that would be in my bag. I was told that it was a torn baguette and it is Panera’s policy to tear the bread, not cut it, so it looks more “rustic”. I reiterated multiple times that it looked like bread that was partially eaten. The employee gave me another torn baguette in a bag and I left. So, they can give me a second piece of torn bread in a bag but they threw the first piece of bread in the bag with everything else? What a mess. There are many places to eat in the shopping center so Panera is now off my list.

They were out of soups at 1:00 pm, they did not get our order correct, made no effort to make it right. I would not recommend eating at this establishment!
