The place is neglected and the service is not good

Our pizza took 2 hours to get to us on a Thursday evening. Over an hour past their projected delivery time. We called since the app had given no updates. The person (female) that took our call was extremely rude, non-apologetic, non helpful as to where our order even was. She said “we are extremely backed up tonight and it’ll get to you when it does, obviously I’m not an oven so there’s nothing I can do.” We then requested a refund and were told “we don’t give refunds” as she proceeded to talk over my husband and mocked him and then hung up the phone on him.Just getting a live person at the location was an ordeal as Pizza Hut sends you to a general call center.The pizza arrived 2 hours later and the order was incorrect and cold.Very frustrating and garbage food for not so cheap prices. Our last time with Pizza Hut for good. Trash corporation with no care for customer service

I ordered delivery, and it was switched to Door Dash. I received a text stating my order had been delayed 30 min. No biggie. Later, I received a text saying my food had been hand delivered. It had not. I called the Door Dash driver to no avail. I then spent 30 minutes on the phone with Pizza Hut customer service in an attempt to remedy my situation. Never received my order. I also was never able to speak with anyone in the actual store I ordered from, as Pizza Hut appears to have outsourced their phone operations. I hope to receive a refund. If I wanted cold and mis delivered food, I'd order from Door Dash myself.

Bad service from your cashier, all angry for not speaking English well, he threw things at me, his face was racist towards me, I wouldn't come back for anything ? He threw the change at me and snatched the money out of a very bad temper from my hand.. I would like an answer from a manager ??? he got stupidly bad when I asked in English if no one spoke Spanish ?? and in the end he handed over my pizza very reluctantly

The employees at this location consistently have the worst attitude and service. Half the time they don’t answer the counter or drive through and just sit at the back of the store until they feel like it.

Make sure you have time to wait at least after you put in your phone order an hour just to find out they can't find your order . Pretty sad they need lots of help . Now hiring I'm sure glad I didn't wait my pizza would probably be cold too .

Pizza Hut on highway 46 had to be the worst anywhere. Ordered delivery found out 1 hour later the order had been canceled because my home was all of 4 miles from store. So went to pick I up waiting another 45 minutes. Guy couldn't get the orders straight. Then found the pizza was awful. The sauce was thin the sausage old and the crust burnt. Will never buy there again.

Pizza was dry. Crust was bland. And, staff was not interested in helping anyone. They preferred to chat in the back, instead of tend to the drive thru window. I sat in the drive thru window for a long time, then parked and went inside.... I should of went to Walmart a block down the road and got myself a frozen pizza for half the price....$15 down the drain. I won't be coming back.
