The drive through shares space with the entrance/exit. I would not recommend dining in...only drive through. Be careful and watch for pedestrians walking through the drive through lines. It is not safe.Parking: Be careful if you park. You must walk through the drive through lane to enter.

This location is 5 stars all around..Went right at lunchtime and it was a full house..The employees have a great rythem from counter to food delivery..I mean it's fast and hot..From the moment you walk in your greeted to the moment you walk out the door they yell out thank you for coming..This makes me wanna go back...Great job to all the employees..Special shout outs to Kaley she is super nice..
No reason i should be paying full price for half of a chicken finger. The size of the chicken gets smaller each time i come. Seems like cooks aren’t being trained correctly, there’s no reason this should’ve been served. Worse canes location I’ve EVER been to. Will definitely be making the drive to the schertz location for a decent meal.

I will always come here no matter what this is definitely the best fast food ive ever had. I enjoy Cane's and you should too the staff is super friendly the service is excellent and this is a comapny that trains all employees right and the customers right as well. Im so glad they incorporated two lanes and are similar to how chick fl la's drive tru is it makes ordering easier and gets the employees out and about. Definitely recommend coming here cause whats not to love about Cane's its good food for a great price and the sweet tea is amazing.

Went through the drive thru today… asked for a 3 finger combo… coleslaw instead of fries… extra sauce instead of the toast… I’m doing Keto. A lady chimes in…. “ our system can’t do that”… mind you, I wasn’t asking for a price adjustment… just something to accommodate my diet. The sauce is 40 cents… the toast is $1.40. I mean… just take out the toast, and replace it with a sauce… like the other locations do. It’s not difficult, or it shouldn’t be. Needless to say, I kept making my way down 35, and went to the Schertz location… no issues there… I mean… two button pushes and kept on moving! ?

Staff here are great and helpful, no hate to them at all they’re always nice. but the food here…. idk what they did, last time i ate here was 2 years ago and the food was decent for fast food (already horrible for you) but what happened!! they’re serving chicken knuckles now instead of chicken fingers, cause they’re half the size. they don’t give you ANY fries anymore. and the toast isn’t even cooked on both sides?? the sauce taste horrible now too, and can we be honest here??? the chicken doesn’t even taste good and it’s rubbery. i don’t eat fast food regularly so this was gonna be be a “treat” but I’m gonna stick to cooking my own chicken. cause 12$, TWELVE whole dollars for what i received was not worth it at all. maybe 5$. how come these companies are making america obese and not even making it taste good!! ????
