I had gotten the privilege to meet the new General manager, he really seems to turn a new page, I’ve been a customer since this unit has opened and he is so far my highest one to root for. I will be back to this establishment more often than usual. He makes the team positive it proves as it shows. Happy to be a customer here, thank you and have a blessed day

Food was soooo good!! Service is great. Got the Advocado turkey and a baked potato soup. This is my new favorite place. Seating area is very clean.

I went through the drive thru and spent quite a bit on 2 sandwiches and a soup. I was hoping to eat my soup on the way home as my wife was driving and i noticed I didn't have a spoon in my bag. I went in the restaurant and the employee had a smirk on her face and seemed too happy to inform me that they didn't have any...she was rude. No sorry or anything.

We go here about once every week or two. Last few times the inside service is getting worse and worse. Waited at registered and no one would wait on us so we left. Love the food but customer service is severely lacking.

I was really trying to give them a few chances, but it seems like this location is going downhill. None of the employees I have interacted with over the last few months have been very pleasant. The last time I chose to dine in they let me order a pizza and I waited about 5-10 minutes after my whole table had already been served to ask where my pizza was. They told me they didn’t even have pizza crust to make my pizza, but somehow the people that ordered after us got their pizzas with no issue. When I asked the girl to refund me she said she didn’t know how and just looked at me with a blank expression. My fiancé had to tell her to find our receipt so that she could refund us and when she called for manager- mind you, he was standing in the kitchen just watching the whole time and not once asked if we needed help- he acted like it was a huge chore to have come deal with a mistake both he and the girl at the counter made. Just now I went and ordered a double cheese pizza and there was only cheese on the very center of the pizza and the rest was drowning in sauce. At this point I will no longer be returning to this location because it’s just a disappointment about 70% of the time.
Went through Schlotzsky's drive thru at the Independence Drive location in New Braunfels, Texas today. Two cars ahead of me. Took 20 minutes after ordering at the two way speaker to get to the window. Each of the vehicles ahead of me was occupied by only the driver, so they didn't have large, complex orders. Once at the window the employee had to ask me what I had ordered. Five minutes later I got my order. When I got home I opened the sandwich to find it consisted only of the meats and mustard on the bun. There was no cheese, no tomatoes, no lettuce, no onions, and no olives. Needless to say I won't be going back with so many much better locations nearby.

Besides young ones bouncing off the walls or older types trying to overpower everyone with their voice. atmosphere doesn't really apply in fast food placesIMO.Food was spot on I had a California pizza avocadoes were fresh and chicken wasn't dried out. I would like the crust to be thinner but for medium crust not bad at all. About 3years ago I had an absolutely horrible experience at Schlotzsky ( not this location) so bad I put the thing they served me and mailed it to corporate. Kinda had a lasse' fare attitude. I choose this location to give them a chance to redeem the company.the crew nocked it outta the park.
