Oddest drive thru I've ever gone through, instead of giving my card for processing and getting my order through a window, a car hop came out to the car to handle it, but food came out fast and it was fresh and hot, and you can't get any better than that!

Terrible bro. Literally sat in the drive thru so long that I literally had to call the store to get them to take my order. Then it took them 10 minutes to bring me the wrong order. Only customer at the store. What’s so important that’s going on inside there that you can’t give your customers any service? Too busy gossiping I guess. Terrible experience, worst sonic experience I’ve ever had. Assistant manager was a smart a** too.

Went there this evening through the drive thru we waited for about 20 minutes to order there was a truck in front of us waiting as well nobody ever answered the speaker finally I call the restaurant and jade answered she said the speaker doesn't work sometimes. Numerous cars went around us very frustrated since the line was so long and orders weren't being taken lots of business lost. I would have left to but I had a car in front and behind me so I couldn't back up or go forward. I will never go through your drive thru again definitely an inconvenience especially with the attitude your assistant manager had. Service really sucks..... Thanks for wasting lots of people's time.

Well first we got the wrong order and then Couldn't get any Ketchup or mustard.,this was number 3 for that place for me I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN and NO WILL NOT Recommend them to ANYONE .
They burn the food more often than not, and getting them to refund you or fix your order is impossible because of whatever the excuse of the day is.Take your money elsewhere if you want your food cooked right.

Ordered on the app I paid full price waited 20 + minutes watched others receive their orders I ordered a double cheeseburger with only lettuce and mayo tator tots and the cinnamon bun dessert item. All I received was a single patty burger all the way with mustard and ketchup no mayo,tator tots were cold and the cinnamon bun item was cold and they forgot the icing . All in all total waste of my time and money. Pathetic

I love having there food it’s good but the one thing is that I feel like that I should not be sold at all is cookie dough blizzard because all it’s really is raw dough which I feel like it should not be served anymore it could give people food poisoning. The service is good everyone is very nice. I would keep coming to Sonic once in a while. But I would never going to get a cookie dough blizzard again. I feel like I am going to be sick thanks to it. Sonic please stop serving raw cookie dough. You would get a lot of compliments about this kind of stuff.

Service was fast and friendly, so I tipped the Server/runner and I requested another Sauce and ketchups. I was told they’d be right back with them. Sadly they don’t roll with the roller skates anymore but it hasn’t effected their speed to get food out in lightning fast time! After waiting about 5 minutes and seeing my runner hustling on other people I just gave up on it and left. Other than that, I was very pleased with the food quality and efficiency of the Hwy 46 & Common St Sonic Location.
