review the cameras in between 11:39-11:40am, she definitely was having a bad day by the way she was serving the food and the face expression she would make. Please remind the old lady with glasses that served me everything will be ok, that is all...the cashier with the light pink shirt was the sweetest!

So I had ordered two foot-long’s and two pizzas. They forgot one of my pizzas, I had called and the manager was rude as hell to me. She basically called me a liar told me to come pick up the damn pizza and hung up. She tried to accuse me of saying there was only one pizza, but I definitely ordered two in the receipt said two. They also messed up both of my foot-longs. The service was horrific. Worst subway I’ve ever been too.

This is for store# 46145-0:I ordered the foot long Italian B.M.T. online and added mayo, Baja chipotle, extra onion, and banana peppers (+xtra) on it. I went to go pick it up and take it home. When I got home, I pulled my sandwich out only to find there was literally no mayo, LITERALLY a drop of Baja chipotle, and I could count on one hand the amount of onion and banana peppers on it. I called the store and was told that they could fix it. I get to the store and the manager already has a NASTY attitude. They take the sandwich and just add the "missing" things on it. I took the sandwich out to check it again, and still, just a tiny bit of everything. I waited for another customer to finish at the counter and make my way up. I speak to the manager and tell her that I don't want the sandwich anymore and that I want a refund. She proceeds to raise her voice and tell me that she's not giving me one (multiple times). I ask how I go about getting a refund and she stated that it has to be online, but of course with a rude and disrespectful attitude. I push the sandwich towards her and she grabs it and turns around with a tantrum and throws it away and proceeds to tell me that I'm banned from the store and to get out. When I reach the door, she then proceeds to act as if she has some kind of personal authority over me, yelling, and telling me to watch my mouth when I told her that the place sucked anyway and she didn't know how to make a sandwich. Same thing happened to my sister with the OWNER there and he didn't do shit. Worst place and worst employees there except for one person (he just started recently working there). I will NEVER go to a subway again and will forever go to Jersey Mike's.

Ordered through door dash, and they couldn't deliver what I ordered. Not door dashes fault, subways fault! Had a hard time getting what I actually ordered. This subway sucks.

Lately I've been craving Italian salads so I stopped by this location. It's very bright and clean. The person behind the counter let me know she was new. I ordered a protein bowl. She didn't know what I was talking about. When I asked if she could slice the meat and cheese. Another employee told her that "we don't do that here." I knew this wasn't true so it annoyed me.

The little skinny black dude in there has a serious attitude problem. He told me everything was in the bag and I looked at the receipt and everything was NOT in the bag. Then he hands me the cookies in the little cookie bag like I'm supposed to give them to the customers like that. He doesn't care about his job and it shows.
