I usually don’t go into places where I can possibly have contact with jalapeños which I’m extremely allergic to but Gavin was so amazing and even though there was a rush he took the time to exchange his gloves so I did not come in contact with the jalapeños he just touch! No snarky comment no rude face just said yes ma’am and changed them! This interaction just made a new everyday customer! Thank you Gavin and the team today!

Didn’t open the door till 9:00am. Online it states it opens at 6am. Outside the door it shows it opens at 8:00am. I would say if it’s not till 9am, update your signs and online. Otherwise, this is very inconvenient for your customers to guess the time you’re truly open. ?

This West Pointe village use to be my go to place when time constraints were tight for dinner. The wife had picked up my family (3) spicy foot long hoagies on OCT 12th, 2023. When she arrived home and began to eat, we noticed the bread was very stale and had the taste like it was left out for a couple of days. I had called and spoke to a guy named Johnathan and that he didn't know what was going on because he had just arrived to work. Being that the manager "Nichole" had already left, I gave him mu number and requested the manager call me the following day.Friday 13th, 2023: I called roughly 1030 AM and requested to speak with Nichole - but was informed that she had just stepped out real quick and I would receive a call when she got back in. I again called back a little after 5 pm. A young female answered the phone and I asked to speak to Nichole, she stated she was Nichole and as I went to explain my complaint with her, she stated "Sorry, that she is not Nichole". They then preceded to bang pots and pans in the background and act like she could not hear me on the phone. It was not until I stated I was going to stop in that the playful games had ended.As I was walking up to the door there were 3 individuals who had got up from the benches and rushed behind the counter. Slater and two - females stood behind the counter. I requested the Divisions Subway Manager contact information, and was informed that they do not release this information, nor the owners information. I again left my number and requested the manager contact me directly.I am trying to address this issue as my daughter is immunocompromised from cancer treatments. She was looking forward to the sandwich, and sadly it was not edible.As of 10/18/2023 I have not been contacted.PROS:Can prepare items in timely manorPlace presents a clean outlookCan order onlineCONS:No follow through with customer serviceUse stale old bread - are other items old outdated as well ?Staff does not care.

Went in at 6:40 to a hand written sign on the door saying they're closing at 7pm instead of 9pm. Asked if I was too late to get a sandwhich, the guy mopping the floor didn't seem happy that I was and told me "uhhh... not necessarily" I told him he didn't seem sure, then told him to have a good night and left. Maybe they're short handed and that's why they're closing warly, but with 20 minutes left on the time you posted, you shouldn't act irritated when a customer comes in asking for a sandwhich.

Wettest Tuna I have ever tried to eat... so much mayonnaise mixed in the tuna it literally dripped out of the wheat bread (which was stale to begin with)!.. just Nasty, trying to stretch their tuna to save money ... I only live 1 mile from this location but will NOT go back.

Went into subway at 8:15 p.m. on Friday, March 24, 2023 to order dinner. Everything I tried to order, the only employee said he didn't have it. Tried to order a meatball sub; he said he was out of meatballs. Tried to order two steak an and cheese subs and a steak and egg wrap; he said he was out of steak. I ordered three ham and cheese subs on white bread; he said he was out of white bread. The store does not close until 9:00 p.m. I would like to know why he was already out of food, and why he was cleaning and stacking chairs instead of taking care of his customers. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Somebody needs to call me and explain this to me, in a way that I can understand why subway enjoys turning away money. I have a family of six people who were all going to order footlong subs, but instead we were turned away. Subway lost about $60 tonight. Please help me understand this.

Fresh bread and subs, and nice associates. Would have happily given 5 stars but this place wasn't quite big enough for my son's Bar Mitzvah.

These are my two six inch sandwiches. The right one is for sure the size of a kids sandwich. Even my other kids meal size sandwich is bigger than the six inch on the right side. The guy employee told me when I mentioned it "you will still get the same amount of veggies on your veggie sandwich the sandwich will just be less bread". Thanks subway!! Way to rip off your customers.
