Worst subway in USA, blonde girl with tattoos doesn't know how to prepare a sandwich, they were out of tuna, mozzarella, wacamole, she put a ton of salt too much vinegar, I asked for double chese and you couldn't even see it, I had to throw it away, very disappointed

First off I will say this is partly my fault because I didn't pay more attention to the lady making my sub. I ordered a Boss exactly the way it comes on the menu plus bacon. Very specific. I had to tell her numerous times that I wanted it exactly like the menu because she kept asking if I want this or that when all she had to do was turn around and look at the menu to see exactly how it was made. After I got my sub I realized that the bread was completely slathered in marinera sauce. I get that it comes with marinera sauce with the meatballs but the amount that she put on there was ridiculous. The sub fell apart because it was completely soaked. 2/3 of it went into the trash. This isn't the first time it's happened at this Subway but it will be the last for me.

The subway here does not change their old bread like every other subway. Instead employees are forced to sell through the old bread. I talked to a manager for the pilot who directly confirmed this.

Everytime I come here when they’re supposed to be open they’re closed or the workers are in the back ignoring the customers that are waiting
James Wood
Says they open at 7, walked up to counter at 7:45 and was told they weren't open yet. Poor service
Randi Edington
Google says they close at 9pm. Got here at 8:05 and they were already closing up and not taking anymore customers.Update your hours so customers don't waste their time/expectations only to be severely disappointed. If they update their hours to reflect reality I'll edit or remove my 1 star.

My family and I traveled from Houston to San Antonio for a weekend. While visiting, we stopped at this Subway location. We spent almost $30 and received horrible service. The employee (Quyntin) was very rude and the quality of the food was not great. The bread did not seem as if it was fully cooked.

subway use to be pretty good but where is the meat? Prices going up and quality off the sandwiches are going down. I had stake and cheese sandwich but really little bit of stake on it.
