The place is amazing, but the staff are even better. I was helped by a gentleman named Christopher, he helped me navigate the new kiosks system and it really helped me figure out what I was doing. I highly recommend going in and asking for Christopher, best customer service I’ve experienced.

This is a clean restaurant in a good location. The personnel are generally friendly, but not well trained, nor informed. Twice now, we have walked there to get a meal that is offered on the app. When we actually order at the store, the very last step, we get a frustrating error that says OOH OH something went wrong. The employees, while seeming friendly, are clear that that can't help at all. The price on the board is about $3 more expensive per meal. The old bait and switch, eh?

Everything was great except my wife is allergic to dairy products. Ordered a bean rice cheese burrito without cheese. Stressed it twice. When she took her first 2 bites. Loaded with cheese. Took it to the front counter and was told it was made with no cheese. Showed them the burrito and they basically said they would remake her a new one. Was told that they must have marked the wrong one without cheese. The remade one had no cheese but she was sick the rest of the Day.

I went in expecting just and average Taco Bell experience, but I instead was met with one of the best I’ve ever had. Garrison was the one helped me through the ever changing menu, and helped me decide on my meal. I will be coming back!

I stopped by the other day to order my food inside and was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service provided by Garrison. His professionalism and friendliness elevated the overall experience. Kudos to Garrison for setting a high standard of customer service. He's an asset to the team, making this Taco Bell stand out. ??
This is the second time that I've been denied access to this restaurant because I'm walking and I got off work at 9:30 and could not get here before they lock the doors at 10:00, however tonight I got here at 9:58 again they still had locked the doors before 10:00. And on their door it says open until 10:00 or later. Because I'm walking, they don't allow me to walk through the drive-thru, so I won't use this company anymore, although I've been using it since 1975. Today's modern Taco Bell sucks.

I found a huge moth in my chalupa. So gross that we threw away $20 worth of all the food just in case.

I did the self checkout thing, I ordered 2 Doritos locos tacos and a strawberry freeze. They gave me two regular crunchy tacos, one had close to no meat the other not much better, and they didn’t fill my freeze all the way, they left a good half an inch empty. They weren’t even busy.
