First time here. Outstanding burger and fresh bar.

This was the best burger I've had in a long time. The curly fries are a lot better than the plain ones. But it was super hot which was a bit distracting, I couldn't really relax and enjoy myself. Really nice staff too.

This place is pretty good. But the last couple of times I've gone it seems to have gone downhill just slightly. I don't know if it's just because of the summer rush that is making them slack. Everything was good it just wasn't up to par like it usually is.

I'm leaving a poor review for one reason only. FIX YOUR SKIPPING CD. the music that plays is great but the cd skips every few seconds. It's VERY annoying. Employees are great and the food is awesome. Just fix the music please!

Everything tasted freezer burnt. Did not taste good what so ever. I don’t think I’ve ever had a chicken fried steak taste sour. I would recommend getting real chefs and making real quality food if you want your business to stay open. I’m sorry but it was that bad.

When rating restaurants, there are 3 criteria. Food, Service and Cleanliness (Google has it as Atmosphere) So if all 3 are as expected, or par for the course, I will rate the restaurant 4 Stars. If one of them is below, the other 2 need to be above to pick up the slack. That is my standard. We ordered online and picked up in the store. As soon as we walked in, we could see a couple of young people behind the counter drinking drinks and laughing and talking. It's a little frustrating because we were looked at, but not greeted or approached in any way. They finished their story. Then the teenage boy puts his drink down and walks over to the register where we were standing and looks at us and give us the "what's up" head nod without saying a word. Unprofessional. I said that we had an online order and told him the name, he turned to ask the other girl about it and she said, "Yall are gonna have to wait because we have 3 orders before yours." OK, we arrived when it said our food would be ready but I understand. As we waited, we watched customer after customer receive the same kind of "service" that we got upon entering. It seemed as though the front counter people were inconvenienced by the pesky people thta keep coming in and interrupting the other things they are doing. The Food (2 stars) was not good, it was definitely not worth the wait. Even though we waited, somehow our Sweet Potato fries were slightly less than Lukewarm. My burger, though I requested it to be medium rare, was burnt! (pictured with this review)The service (1 star) as described above. The only other thing that I could add to the service was the employees were not dressed as if they were working, they were unorganized and looked sloppy. That really does seem harsh as I am writing this, but I am hoping that their Owner actually reads these reviews. I could not tell who was in charge as I watched them operate for the 20 minutes I was waiting for my food.Cleanliness/atmosphere I can see what they were going for with the decor, and if it was clean, would work. However, this place is really in need of a deep clean. As we waited, we could see behind the counter, NOT CLEAN. But even as unorganized and unsanitary as it was, that would be the easiest thing to fix. The employee/Customer Service piece is gonna be the biggest and most important thing to get fixed.I truly hate giving a local, nonchain restaurant a bad review but unfortunately we did not have a good experience here AT ALL! Maybe it was because it was the night crew? Maybe they were just having a bad day, I will plan on going back to see because I really want local restaurants to be successful but I have to be honest here. And I mean it when I say I hope the owner reads these. I would love to talk to Him or her. There is a lot of potential here.

The customer service was amazing but other than that, I’m disappointed. My onion rings were very undercooked so they fixed that however they claim to cook all burgers medium well although mine was definitely medium rare as it still had some blood. I was grossed out instantly. The burger bar set up is very cute I just wish the consistency with the food being cooked to the right temp was provided.

I was in New Braunfels and before heading back to San Antonio was looking for something different. I got the Blue Cheeseburger and onion rings. The burger was flavorful and the meat was well seasoned. I realized in the bag it came with mayo, mustard and ketchup and without this it was still very good. Onion Rings were a miss for me. They were fresh made but some of the onions were ice cold. Will definitely be back for another burger!

Hidden charge of $1.29 if you order with a card, calling it a Non Cash Fee. The bacon on my bacon cheeseburger was unedible it was so hard. The breading on the kids chicken stripes was so hard I refused to give it to my kid. Most of the buckles on the kids high chairs were broken. Do not recommend coming here.Kid-friendliness: 1 Star

First of all, friendly, young, professional staff. The onion rings were lightly battered and well seasoned.....great. We got our food pretty fast. Kudos! Now, my first turn off was the Blue Bell Ice Cream display with has rust and dirt at the viewer's (customer) eye level. I normally eat my dessert first but after seeing that I wasn't interested. Once we sat down, one of the workers was on a lunch break and took his food tray to the hot sauce counter, sat the food down, then as he sat it down he knocked over about 6 items that were sitting upright on the counter. Once he used the hotsauce, closed it and sat it back on the shelf. He picked up his food and walked to the back. He didn't bother to upright the bottles he knocked down. This leads me to wonder what else has someone messed up but failed to correct. There is room for improvement once care and concern and upkeep walks through the front door. Along with a good thorough cleaning.Parking: Great

Excellent food for us and our 3 grandkids. Burgers were great with larger than normal meat patties. Costs more than a regular hamburger joint but this is not just a regular hamburger joint. Will try other menu items (not just burgers here) next visit, definitely will be back

Stopped in today because my hubby wanted to try this place out. We paid about $35 for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. I honestly did not like it at all. There was something off about the burger, it kinda tasted like meatloaf. Fries were really good but I would not go back.
