Had a little bit of a wait, but that's because the place is great, and people enjoy the food, service, and atmosphere. We came for breakfast, and I had the Migas, which was delicious. Susan had the Hunger Texan, which was way more than she could eat. She said the home fries were great. We got cinnamon rolls with the buttercream icing, fresh baked, and they may be the best cinnamon rolls I've ever tasted. The staff was excellent, and the owner was very involved with customers. We talked with him a bit, discovered he had once lived in our area, and talked about his change over to the restaurant business. Highly recommended!

This place just continues to do it again and again. The food is great and reasonably priced, it’s always the same wait staff, and the atmosphere is always friendly. The ONLY thing I wish they’d work on, is the parking. I don’t even care about the wait sometimes. Definitely worth it!Parking: There’s limited parking in the parking lot. There’s a Schlitterbahn parking lot just behind the building but you risk your vehicle being towed.

Down home Texas cooking, excellent prices considering today's runaway "shrinkflation" and price-gouging. An array of some 40 or 50 types of omelets! No espresso, just drip coffee, it was ok. Food was great. Chorizo and eggs, simple and tasty.

A New Braunfels staple! There’s a reason why Union Station stays packed daily. Excellent food at a locally and family owned business. It’s worth a drive even if you don’t live close by!

Waiter was very friendly and I was served promptly. I saw the sign outside that said they have delicious chicken fried steak and I was excited to give a try. The chicken fried steak was average Sysco frozen. I was hoping for fresh homemade chicken fried steak.
