Worst experience I've ever had at any Wendy's. Fries were stale and cold. Did not get sauce for nuggets and they on purpose tried to upcharge me for large fries when I only ordered the biggie bag. Wouldn't recommend them to a dog

Every time I come through here lately they've gotten my orders correct. The food is hot and fresh and so tasty. The staff are always so accommodating and polite. This location wasn't always the best a few years back but it's really come around.

Never actually listen to you in the drive through. Everything you say right after is "anything else!?" I get they have times to make, I did fast food. Always forget the extra things that they charge me for.

I had a little difficulty using the app, but one of the staff came out to the drive thru and guided me through it! The only improvement needed is that I requested no pickles on my Dave's double and it had pickles on it.

From bad to worse: Started out with only part of my mobile order ready. I was offered a substitute for an unavailable item in my order only to never see my order again. Had a second order placed at a nearby establishment sitting there waiting for me while I was apparently slipping through the cracks at Wendy's. Worse than ham no burger for those that know the reference...

I literally just watched two guys walk up to the drive thru window and do a drug deal with the guy at Wendy's then loiter around the window so you can't get your food. I want my money
The two lady’s that are at the window in the morning when I go, are wonderful and so helpful but I always have something wrong with my order either not the sandwich I ask for, or the fries are cold or their drinks are nasty.
