The lady if the drivethrough window was extremely rude wouldnt listen to my order . Got my order wrong once i got to the window she had tons of attitude and gave me my food and slammed the door after i asked about the correct order i orderd . Not how you treat a customer even if it was a misunderstanding through the drive through.

Worst customer service ever. Lady was so bothered to speak with me and unorganized. She was so bothered when I asked if I could pay in Apple Pay, and forgot what total she gave me. When I replied I didn’t remember, she slipped an unprofessional remark. Maybe she would’ve been more organized if she hanged up her cell phone and focused on her job. I didn’t get her name, but she had a neck tattoo and worked the cash register. Honestly it’s my fault, I should’ve just made food at home in the first place. Could’ve avoided all this

Horrible experience today, the ghost pepper chicken sandwich was cold, rock hard, my fries were rock hard and my wife’s chicken nuggets and cheeseburger were cold as well. Asked if we wanted bbq sauce with our meal, which we agreed to and never gave us that either. At the window we asked if everything was in the bag yet that was not true at all. Won’t be back to Wendy’s and I’m sure they won’t mind either lol.

This Wendy’s is clean, organized, and has well trained staff. The food was fresh and in keeping with a well run facility. It is adjacent to a fuel station, but would never know with how clean it is kept.
